Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、照明装置及びその放熱機構に関するものであり、放熱機構は、1つ以上の熱伝導部材と互いに重ね合わされた複数の放熱部を備える。各放熱部は、開口部を有する略円錐形状のフィンと、そのフィンに連接された複数の突出部とを備え、放熱部の1つ以上の突出部は、隣接する放熱部の突出部に連接され、1つ以上の帯状平面を形成し、その平面状に熱伝導部材が配置可能となる。また、熱伝導部材のもう一端が熱源に連接されることで、照明装置が構成されることを特徴とする。

Claims (22)
- 少なくとも1つの熱伝導部材と、
開口部を有する略円錐形状部と、前記熱伝導部材が配置される面が設けられた、前記略円錐形状部に連接される突出部とを有する、少なくとも1つの放熱部と、を備え、
前記放熱部の前記開口部が、空気流路として機能することを特徴とする放熱機構。 - 前記熱伝導部材は、熱源に連接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記熱源は、前記熱伝導部材に直接配置されるか、または前記熱伝導部材に、キャリアを介して連接され、前記キャリアは、前記熱源を配置可能な面を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記熱伝導部材と前記キャリアとは、金属または非金属の高熱伝導性材料からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の放熱機構。
- 各前記放熱部は、互いに重ね合わされて、突出端と凹端とを有する多層構造を構成し、前記熱源は、前記突出端または前記凹端に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記空気流路を通り前記熱源に空気流を導くために、前記熱源の反対側に配置されるファンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記熱伝導部材が、正方形、円形、楕円形、または長方形の断面を有し、中空または非中空の構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記熱伝導部材は、熱伝導パイプまたは熱伝導体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記放熱部は、金属プレスにより形成され、角錐形、円錐形、または傘型の非対称構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記突出部は、隣接する前記突出部に対し位置決めしそれに連接するための留め具を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記突出部は、平坦または段状の折曲部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記突出部の表面は、空気流の移動を加速する貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記突出部は、前記略円錐形状部の端に対称的または非対称的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記放熱部の表面は、放熱を促進するために、陽極処理または高熱放射材料塗付により物理的または化学的に処理されるか、または微細構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記放熱部は、複数の穿孔をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 前記略円錐形状部は、複数のフィンまたは単一の環状フィンにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 隣接する前記略円錐形状部間にすき間があり、前記すき間に空気流が通ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機構。
- 熱伝導部材と、
開口部を有する略円錐形状部と、前記熱伝導部材が配置される面が設けられた、前記略円錐形状部に連接される突出部とを有する、1つ以上の互いに重ね合わされた放熱部と、
前記熱伝導部材と連接された熱源と、を備えることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記熱源は、前記熱伝導部材に直接配置されるか、またはキャリアを介して前記熱伝導部材に連接され、前記キャリアは、前記熱源を配置可能な面を有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の照明装置。
- 前記熱伝導部材と前記キャリアとは、金属または非金属の高熱伝導性材料からなることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の照明装置。
- 前記熱伝導部材は、熱伝導パイプまたは熱伝導体であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の照明装置。
- 空気流路を通り前記熱源に空気流を導くために、前記熱源の反対側に配置されるファンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の照明装置。
