Claims (22)
- 互いに積み重ねられた複数の熱放散ユニットを備えた熱放散構造において、
各熱放散ユニットは、開口部を有する円錐状部分と、前記円錐状部分と連結した複数の突起部を備え、
1つの熱放散ユニットの前記突起部の少なくとも1つは、熱源をその上に配置させるための平面部を形成するために隣接の熱放散ユニットの前記突起部と結合し、前記熱放散ユニットの前記開口部は共に連接されて、空気流の通路部を形成する、
ことを特徴とする熱放散構造。 - 開口部を備える円錐状部分を有する少なくとも1つの熱放散ユニットと、前記円錐状部分と連結した少なくとも1つの突起部を備えることを特徴とする熱放散構造。
- 前記熱放散ユニットは、金属スタンピングによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記熱放散ユニットは、ピラミッド構造、円錐構造、又は傘形状の非対称構造であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記突起部は、隣接の突起部と位置を合わせて連結するための係止部を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記突起部は、平面曲げ部、又は段状曲げ部を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記突起部の表面部は、空気流の動きを促進するための貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 複数の前記突起部は、前記円錐状部分の縁部に、対称的に、又は非対称的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記熱放散ユニットの表面部は、熱輻射を促進するために物理的に、又は化学的に処理されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記熱放散ユニットの表面部は、陽極処理を施されるか、又は高い熱輻射性の材料でコーティングされ、又は微細構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記熱放散ユニットは、さらに複数の窓状開口部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記円錐状部分は、複数のフィン、又は単一環状フィンによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記空気流を通り抜けさせるために、2つの隣接した円錐状部分間には隙間を設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記熱放散ユニットは、前記開口部を横断して設置されると共に、前記円錐状部分に連結された棒部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2記載の熱放散構造。
- 前記熱放散ユニットの前記棒部は、互いに交差して置かれることを特徴とする請求項14記載の熱放散構造。
- 開口部を有する円錐状部分と、前記円錐状部分と連結した突起部を備えた前記熱放散ユニットを、1つ又はそれ以上互いに積み重ねて備えた熱放散構造と、
前記突起部によって形成された平面部に配置される光源と、
を備えた照明装置。 - 前記熱放散構造と前記光源の外側に配置された透明カバーをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項16記載の照明装置。
- 前記透明カバーは、1つ又はそれ以上の通気孔を有することを特徴とする請求項17記載の照明装置。
- 前記熱放散構造を固定するために用いる固定構造部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項16記載の照明装置。
- 前記固定構造部は、第1構造部と第2構造部を備え、前記照明装置は、前記第1構造部と前記第2構造部間に形成された空隙に配置された電気部品をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項19記載の照明装置。
- 前記固定構造部は、1つ又はそれ以上の貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項19記載の照明装置。
- 電源コネクタをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項16記載の照明装置。
