Abstract
【解決手段】絶縁樹脂製の接続箱本体2に端子収納用の周壁18と周壁内の可撓性の一対の係止部19とを設け、周壁内で電線付きの端子7のボルト頭部挿通用の枠状部34を係止部で係止し、端子を相手回路14にねじ締め接続する構造で、端子7を覆うカバー9を接続箱本体2に装着し、係止部19の撓み空間30にカバーの突板部39を進入させる。係止部19に隣接して周壁18に一対のリブ32を設け、枠状部34の両側に一対のリブ35を設け、端子の係止状態で、周壁側のリブの内面と枠状部側のリブの外面とを接触させる。枠状部34と枠状部側のリブ35の外面とを湾曲面35cで続けた。

Description
に電線付きのねじ締め用端子63の水平な板部68を配置し、垂直な枠状部64を接続箱本体61の左右一対の係止爪65で仮止めした状態で、ボルト66を端子63のスロット孔とバスバーの孔部に挿通して端子台内のナット(図示せず)に螺挿することで、端子63をバスバーに接続するものである。

Claims (3)
- 絶縁樹脂製の接続箱本体に端子収納用の周壁と該周壁内の可撓性の一対の係止部とが設けられ、該周壁内で電線付きの端子のボルト頭部挿通用の枠状部が該係止部で係止され、該端子が相手回路にねじ締め接続される構造であって、該端子を覆うカバーが該接続箱本体に装着され、該係止部の撓み空間に該カバーの突板部が進入することを特徴とするねじ締め用端子の係止構造。
- 前記係止部に隣接して前記周壁に一対のリブが設けられ、前記枠状部の両側に一対のリブが設けられ、該端子の係止状態で、該周壁側のリブの内面と該枠状部側のリブの外面とが接触することを特徴とする請求項1記載のねじ締め用端子の係止構造。
- 前記枠状部と前記枠状部側のリブの外面とが湾曲面で続いたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のねじ締め用端子の係止構造。
