Abstract
【解決手段】リーン燃焼状態からリッチ燃焼状態への切り替え中に、筒内の酸素重量を算出し(S20)、それを用いて空気過剰率を算出し(S30)、さらに燃焼率を算出する(S40)。リーン期間の最後の燃料噴射において、燃料の燃焼量に対応するトルク相当値を算出し、それをリッチ期間における目標トルク相当値とする(S60)。空気過剰率が1以上ならばトルクショックの危険があるとして、S40で求めた燃焼率とS60で求めた目標トルク相当値とから、リーン期間と同じトルク相当値を達成する噴射量を算出する(S80)。空気過剰率が1未満ならばトルクショックの危険は小さいとして、噴射量を予め定められたリッチ時目標噴射量に設定する(S90)。

Claims (5)
- 排気通路に装備されて、リーン雰囲気においてNOxを吸蔵しリッチ雰囲気において吸蔵されたNOxを還元するNOx触媒を備えた内燃機関の排気浄化装置であって、
リーン雰囲気における筒内での燃料の燃焼量であるトルク相当値を算出するトルク相当値算出手段と、
燃焼率を算出する燃焼率算出手段と、
前記燃焼率算出手段によって算出された前記燃焼率と前記トルク相当値算出手段によって算出された前記トルク相当値とから燃料の噴射量を算出する噴射量算出手段とを備え、
前記燃焼率算出手段による前記燃焼率の算出においては、前記内燃機関における1回前の燃料の噴射における噴射量と今回の酸素量とから算出される空気過剰率が用いられることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記噴射量算出手段は、前記空気過剰率が所定値より小さい場合は、前記噴射量をリッチ雰囲気における所定の目標噴射量に設定する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 前記排気通路から吸気通路へ排気を還流する排気還流通路を備え、
前記燃焼率算出手段は、前記吸気通路への吸入空気量と前記排気還流通路への排気の還流量とから前記内燃機関の筒内の酸素量を推定する酸素量推定手段を備えた請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記酸素量推定手段において、前記排気の還流量は、前記内燃機関の筒内へ吸入されるガス量と前記吸気通路への吸気量との差分から算出する請求項3に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 前記酸素量推定手段において、前記内燃機関の筒内へ吸入されるガス量は、吸気側マニホールドにおける圧力と温度とから算出する請求項4に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
