Abstract
【解決手段】塩化ビニル系樹脂等の基材樹脂に、可塑剤としてガラス転移点(Tg)が0℃以下の液状アクリルポリマーを配合したことを特徴とする字消し。液状アクリルポリマーは単独で使用してもよいし、他の1種又は2種以上の可塑剤と併用してもよく、液状アクリルポリマーを可塑剤として使用することにより、両立困難な耐移行性と消し屑のまとまり性に優れる字消しを提供することができる。

Description
(1)試料を厚さ5mmの板状に切り、試験紙との接触部分を半径6mmの円弧に仕上げたものを試験片とした。
(2)試験片を着色紙に対して垂直に、しかも着色線に対して直角になるように接触させ、試験片におもりとホルダの質量の和が0.5kgとなるようにおもりを載せ、150±10cm/min の速さで着色部を4往復摩消させた。
(3)濃度計によって、着色紙の非着色部分の濃度を0として、着色部及び摩消部の濃度をそれぞれ測定した。
(4)消字率は次の式によって算出し、3回の平均値を求めた。

消去荷重500gfで10往復させて、最も大きな消し屑の質量を試験片が減量した質量で割った値に100を乗じたものを屑のまとまり率(%)として算出した。尚、1配合につき3回ずつ屑の質量を測定し、それらの平均をとった。
屑のまとまり率(%)=〔最大の屑の質量/(テスト前の試験片の質量−テスト後の試験片の質量)〕×100
移行性の試験は、鉛筆を40mmに切り、これを長さ35mm、幅15mm以上及び厚さ5mm以上の試験片(字消し)の上に2本平行(試験片の長片に対して)に置き、その上に20gのおもりを載せ、60±2℃の恒温器の中に入れ、1時間後に取り出し、鉛筆の塗料が試験片に付着するかどうかを調べ、以下の基準で評価した。
◎:鉛筆塗料が全く試験片に付着しない。
○:試験片に鉛筆の跡が残る。
×:鉛筆塗料が試験片に付着する。
表2に示す配合の樹脂組成物を混合攪拌し真空脱泡した後、120〜140℃に保温した100×100×10mmの金型に流し込み30分間加熱した後冷却し、金型から取り出して試料を得た。各試料について消字率、消し屑のまとまり性及び移行性を上記方法で測定した結果を表2に示す。
Claims (10)
- 基材樹脂に、可塑剤としてガラス転移点(Tg)が0℃以下の液状アクリルポリマーを配合したことを特徴とする字消し。
- 基材樹脂100質量部に対し、前記液状アクリルポリマーが20〜200質量部である請求項1記載の字消し。
- さらに、前記液状アクリルポリマー以外の可塑剤を配合してなる請求項1又は2に記載の字消し。
- 基材樹脂100質量部に対し、前記液状アクリルポリマーが4〜160質量部、液状アクリルポリマー以外の可塑剤が196〜40質量部である請求項3に記載の字消し。
- 全可塑剤中の前記液状アクリルポリマー割合が、20質量%以上である請求項3又は4に記載の字消し。
- 液状アクリルポリマー以外の可塑剤が、フタル酸系可塑剤、トリメリット酸系可塑剤、ピロメリット酸系可塑剤、ポリエステル系可塑剤、エポキシ系可塑剤、アジピン酸系可塑剤、セバシン酸系可塑剤、アゼライン酸系可塑剤、リン酸系可塑剤、クエン酸系可塑剤、アルキルスルフォン酸フェニルエステルから選ばれる少なくとも一種である請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の字消し。
- 液状アクリルポリマーの重量平均分子量(Mw)が、1,000〜6,000である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の字消し。
- 液状アクリルポリマーの粘度が、300〜11,000(mPa・s/25℃)である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の字消し。
- 液状アクリルポリマーのガラス転移点Tgが−30℃以下である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の字消し。
- 基材樹脂が、塩化ビニル系樹脂である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の字消し。
