Abstract
【解決手段】溶融金属のための容器であって、容器壁の開口に配置された温度測定装置を有する。温度測定装置は保護シース2を有し、保護シース2は容器内へと突出し、かつ容器内に配置されたその端部で閉じられる。温度測定部材は保護シース2の開口に配置される。保護シース2は、耐熱金属酸化物と黒鉛とからなり、前記閉じた端部は容器壁から少なくとも50mm離隔する。容器内の上下に配置された二つの材料間、特にスラグ層と下にある溶鋼との間の界面層を決定するため、材料の変化を特定するためのセンサー7が下方の材料内に配置され、容器からの材料の鋳込み又は流出の間にセンサー7の測定信号が測定され、センサー7が材料間の界面層と接する時に信号の変化が確立される。

Claims (5)
- 容器内の上下に配置された二つの材料間の界面層を決定する方法であって、
材料の変化を特定するためのセンサーが下方の材料内に配置され、容器からの材料の鋳込み又は流出の間に前記センサーの測定信号が測定され、センサーが前記二つの材料間の界面層と接する時に信号の変化が確立されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記二つの材料間はスラグ層と下にある溶鋼との間である請求項1に従う方法。
- センサーとして、電気化学センサー、電磁気センサー、光学センサー、又は、電圧及び/又は電流及び/又は電気抵抗を検出するためのセンサーが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に従う方法。
- 前記信号の変化は、容器の床からの界面層の距離と関連することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに従う方法。
- 前記鋳込み又は流出工程は、信号が変化する時に終わる請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに従う方法。
