Abstract
【解決手段】低凝固割れ感受性と、良好な耐歪時効割れ特性とを有する溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金である。本発明合金は、鉄25%〜32%、クロム18〜25%、アルミニウム3.0〜4.5%、チタン0.2〜0.6%、シリコン0.2〜0.4%、マンガン0.2〜0.5%、および、残部としてのニッケルと不純物を含む。「Al+Ti」量が3.4〜4.2%、Cr/Al比が4.5〜8である。

Claims (8)
- 質量%で、実質的に、鉄25%〜32%、クロム18〜25%、アルミニウム3.0〜4.5%、チタン0.2〜0.6%、シリコン0.2〜0.4%、マンガン0.2〜0.5%、コバルト最大2.0%、モリブデン最大0.5%、タングステン最大0.5%、マグネシウム最大0.01%、炭素最大0.25%、ジルコン最大0.025%、イットリウム最大0.01%、セリウム最大0.01%、ランタン最大0.01%、および、残部としてのニッケルと不純物を含み、
「Al+Ti」量が3.4〜4.2%であり、クロムとアルミニウムの含有量比Cr/Alが4.5〜8である溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金。 - 質量%で、鉄26.8%〜31.8%、クロム18.9%〜24.3%、アルミニウム3.1%〜3.9%、チタン0.3%〜0.4%、シリコン0.25〜0.35%、マンガン最大0.4%、それぞれ最大0.005%のイットリウム、セリウムおよびランタン、炭素最大0.06%、硼素0.004%未満、ジルコン0.01%未満、および、残部としてのニッケルと不純物を含む請求項1に記載された溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金。
- 「Al+Ti」量が3.8%〜4.2%である請求項1に記載された溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金。
- 「Al+Ti」量が3.9%〜4.1%である請求項1に記載された溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金。
- Cr/Al比が5.0〜7.0である請求項1に記載された溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金。
- Cr/Al比が5.2〜7.0である請求項1に記載された溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金。
- 0.15%を超えない量で不純物としてニオブが存在する請求項1に記載された溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金。
- 質量%で、鉄27.5%、クロム20%、アルミニウム3.75%、チタン0.25%、炭素0.05%、シリコン0.3%、マンガン0.25%、および、残部としてのニッケルと不純物を含む溶接可能な高温耐酸化性合金。
