Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法は、カーボンナノチューブ構造体を提供する第一ステップと、液体の熱硬化性材料を提供する第二ステップと、前記液体の熱硬化性材料で前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を浸漬する第三ステップと、前記液体の熱硬化性材料に浸漬された前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を固化し、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料を形成する第四ステップと、を含む。

Claims (8)
- カーボンナノチューブ構造体を提供する第一ステップと、
液体の熱硬化性材料を提供する第二ステップと、
前記液体の熱硬化性材料で前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を浸漬する第三ステップと、
前記液体の熱硬化性材料に浸漬された前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を固化し、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料を形成する第四ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第一ステップが、
超配列カーボンナノチューブアレイを提供する第一サブステップと、
前記超配列カーボンナノチューブアレイからカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引き伸ばす第二サブステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを利用して前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を製造する第三サブステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記熱硬化性材料は、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹脂、トリアジン樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂及びポリメタクリル酸メチル樹脂の一種又は幾種の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記第三ステップにおいて、
前記液体の熱硬化性材料で前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を浸漬する方法が、注入浸漬方法又は直接浸漬方法を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第三ステップが、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を金型に配置する第一サブステップと、
前記液体の熱硬化性材料を容器に置き、該容器を真空の雰囲気にしてから、該液体の熱硬化性材料に圧力を印加する第二サブステップと、
前記液体の熱硬化性材料を前記金型に注入し、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を浸漬させる第三サブステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記真空の雰囲気の真空度は、‐0.09Mpa以下であり、前記圧力が0.001Mpa〜10Mpaであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を浸漬する時間は、10分間以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記第四ステップにおいて、
前記液体の熱硬化性材料に浸漬された前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を、100時間以内で、400℃以下の温度に徐々に加熱する第一サブステップと、
加熱された前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を室温に下げて、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料を形成する第二サブステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。
