Abstract
【解決手段】管内面に所定のリード角Raを有する螺旋溝13Aが形成された複数の伝熱管12Aを複数のフィン11に挿通させてなる室内側熱交換器10を搭載した室内機と、室内側熱交換器10に用いた伝熱管10Aよりも螺旋溝23Aのリード角Rbが小さい複数の伝熱管22Aを複数のフィン11に挿通させてなる室外側熱交換器20を搭載した室外機とから構成する。

Description
以下、図示実施形態により本発明を説明する。
図1は本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和機の室内側熱交換器を正面側から見た鉛直方向断面の部分拡大図、図2はその室外側熱交換器を正面側から見た鉛直方向断面の部分拡大図であり、いずれの図も隣り合う伝熱管の断面とその間のフィンを示している。
図3は本発明の実施の形態2に係る空気調和機の室内側熱交換器を側面側から見た鉛直方向断面の部分拡大図、図4はその室外側熱交換器を側面側から見た鉛直方向断面の部分拡大図であり、各図中、前述の実施形態1と同一部分には同一符号を付してある。
図5は本発明の実施の形態3に係る空気調和機の室内側熱交換器を側面側から見た鉛直方向断面の部分拡大図、図6はその室外側熱交換器を側面側から見た鉛直方向断面の部分拡大図であり、各図中、前述の実施形態1と同一部分には同一符号を付してある。
図7は本発明の実施の形態4に係る空気調和機の熱交換器の製作手順を示す正面側から見た鉛直方向断面の部分拡大図であり、図中、前述の実施形態1と同一部分には同一符号を付してある。なお、室内側熱交換器および室外側熱交換器は、いずれも同様の手順により製作されるため、ここでは室内側熱交換器を例に挙げて説明する。
前述の実施形態4においては、ヘアピン管の拡管のみによってフィン11とヘアピン管(伝熱管12D)とを接合しているが、拡管率を規定しなければ製品にばらつきが発生する。したがって、この実施の形態5では室内側熱交換器の伝熱管の拡管率を規定する。

Claims (12)
- 管内面に所定のリード角を有する螺旋溝が形成された複数の伝熱管を複数のフィンに挿通させてなる室内側熱交換器を搭載した室内機と、
前記室内側熱交換器に用いた伝熱管よりも螺旋溝のリード角が小さい複数の伝熱管を複数のフィンに挿通させてなる室外側熱交換器を搭載した室外機とからなる空気調和機。 - 前記室外側熱交換器の伝熱管の螺旋溝の深さを、前記室内側熱交換器の伝熱管の螺旋溝の深さよりも大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記室外側熱交換器の伝熱管の螺旋溝の条数を、前記室内側熱交換器の伝熱管の螺旋溝の条数よりも多くしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記室内側熱交換器または室外側熱交換器は、機械拡管方式または液圧拡管方式により前記伝熱管を拡管させることで、該伝熱管と前記フィンとが接合されてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 前記室内側熱交換器の伝熱管の螺旋溝のリード角が35度〜45度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記室外側熱交換器の伝熱管の螺旋溝のリード角が25度〜35度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記機械拡管方式または液圧拡管方式により前記伝熱管を拡管させる際の拡管率が前記室内側熱交換器の伝熱管の場合で105.5%〜106.5%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記機械拡管方式または液圧拡管方式により前記伝熱管を拡管させる際の拡管率が前記室外側熱交換器の伝熱管の場合で106〜107.5%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記拡管により接合された前記伝熱管と前記フィンは、さらにロウ付けによって接着されてなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記伝熱管を、銅又は銅合金、アルミ又はアルミ合金等の金属材料により形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 圧縮機、凝縮器、絞り装置、蒸発器を順次配管で接続し、作動流体として冷媒を用いるとともに、前記熱交換器を前記蒸発器または前記凝縮器として用いたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 冷媒としてHC単一冷媒、またはHCを含む混合冷媒、R32、R410A、R407C、二酸化炭素のいずれかを用いることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の空気調和機。
