- 前記電子輸送層は、セシウムキノレート、カリウムキノレート、ルビジウムキノレート、CaF、BaF2、LiF、NaCl、CsF、Li2O及びBaOからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法
- 前記電子輸送層と前記カソード電極との間に電子注入層が介在されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光層と前記アノード電極との間に介在された正孔注入層及び正孔輸送層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機発光層は、赤色、緑色、及び青色の有機発光層を含み、
前記バッファ層は、少なくとも1つの色相の有機発光層と電子輸送層との間に介在されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。 - 前記バッファ層は、前記緑色有機発光層と電子輸送層との間にのみ介在されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記バッファ層は、Alq3、4,4’−N,N’−ジカルバゾール−ビフェニル、ジスチリルアリーレン、DPB、BAlq及び化学式1のアントラセン誘導体化合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光素子:
