Abstract
【解決手段】スプロケット42d近くのピンプレート43の上方位置からテンタ出口40aまでの間で、湿潤フィルム25の両耳部に近接させて、異物除去部70を設ける。異物除去部70を、チャンバ71、ブラシローラ72、エアブロー吸引ヘッド73、粘着ローラ部74から構成する。ブラシローラ72をスプロケット45dの上方位置のピンプレート43に接触させることで、ピンの離脱位置の変動が抑えられる。ピン離脱時のフィルムへの衝撃が小さくなり、バリの分離による異物発生が抑えられる。エアブロー吸引ヘッド73で、異物を吸引して除去し、この後に粘着ローラ部74により異物を除去するため、異物が確実に除去される。チャンバ71でピンの離脱部を被うため、製品エリアに異物が飛散することがなくなり、異物故障の発生が抑えられる。

Claims (5)
- ウェブの搬送方向に沿って配置されるレール及びスプロケットからなる移動経路と、前記移動経路上を循環移動するチェーンと、前記チェーンに取り付けられ多数のピンを有するピンプレートとを有し、前記多数のピンにより、前記ウェブの幅方向両側縁部を保持して搬送しながら前記ウェブを乾燥するピンテンタにおいて、
前記スプロケット上で前記ウェブから前記ピンを離脱させる離脱部及び前記離脱部の下流側の前記ウェブに近接して設けられ、前記ウェブの両側縁部の異物を除去する異物除去部を備えることを特徴とするピンテンタ。 - 前記異物除去部は、ブラシローラ、エアブロー吸引ヘッド、粘着ローラの少なくとも一つを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のピンテンタ。
- 前記異物除去部は、前記ウェブの両側縁部を被うチャンバと、このチャンバ内にウェブ搬送方向で、上流側から順に配置される前記ブラシローラ、前記エアブロー吸引ヘッド、粘着ローラとから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のピンテンタ。
- 前記ブラシローラは、前記離脱部の上方位置に設けられ、前記スプロケット上の前記ピンにより保持されている前記ウェブを上方から押えることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のピンテンタ。
- ポリマ及び溶媒からなるドープを支持体上に流延して流延膜を形成し、前記流延膜が自己支持性を有するものとなった後に、前記流延膜を前記支持体から剥ぎ取ってウェブとし、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のピンテンタにより前記ウェブの両側縁部を保持した状態で前記ウェブを搬送し乾燥することを特徴とする溶液製膜方法。
