Abstract
【解決手段】金属からなるコア2の表面を、耐食性を有する金属からなる被覆層3,3で覆い、これらコア2と被覆層3,3を貫通する貫通孔4を形成した燃料電池用複合金属材1において、貫通孔4のコア内周面に、貫通孔4の被覆層内周面よりも凹んだ凹部5を形成したものである。

Claims (7)
- 金属からなるコアの表面を、耐食性を有する金属からなる被覆層で覆い、これらコアと被覆層を貫通する貫通孔を形成した燃料電池用複合金属材において、上記貫通孔のコア内周面に、上記貫通孔の被覆層内周面よりも凹んだ凹部を形成したことを特徴とする燃料電池用複合金属材。
- 上記貫通孔の被覆層内周面が孔内側に折れ曲がっている請求項1記載の燃料電池用複合金属材。
- 上記凹部に、上記コアの溶出を防止する樹脂などの溶出防止材を充填した請求項1または2記載の燃料電池用複合金属材。
- 金属からなるコアの表面を、耐食性を有する金属からなる被覆層で覆い、これらコアと被覆層を貫通する貫通孔を形成する燃料電池用複合金属材の製造方法において、上記貫通孔を形成した後、その部分をエッチングし、上記貫通孔のコア内周面に、上記貫通孔の被覆層内周面よりも凹んだ凹部を形成することを特徴とする燃料電池用複合金属材の製造方法。
- 上記凹部を形成した後、上記貫通孔の被覆層内周面をポンチで押し、上記貫通孔のコア内周面から張り出した張り出し部を孔内側に折り曲げる請求項4記載の燃料電池用複合金属材の製造方法。
- 上記凹部に、陽極酸化処理、さらにベーマイト処理を行う請求項4または5記載の燃料電池用複合金属材の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3いずれかに記載した燃料電池用複合金属材を用いたことを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータ。
