Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、磁気的特性又は硬度の如き異なる物理特性をそれぞれ備えた複数の部品を有する連続体を形成するために射出成形をいかに使用できるかを示す。これはこれら種々の部品の相対収縮率の注意深い制御により達成される。更に、使用される素材の組成における比較的小さな変更により他の特性を変更できる状態で、ある選択された物理特性のみが部品間で異なるのを許容することを保証するように注意を払う。本発明はまた、囲いに取り付けられていない状態で、囲い内に収容される物品を、単一の一体作業で形成する方法を提供する。これは、物品の収縮率が囲いの収縮率よりも実質上大きくなるようにすることにより、達成される。

この実施の形態を図2a及び図2bに示すが、開示する2つの方法は形成される構造体の形状、形態、寸法等とは関係がないことを理解すべきである。
剤を除去して粉末スケルトンを得、次いで、磁性部品及び非磁性部品の双方を有する連続体となるように、粉末スケルトンを焼結することができる。2つの素材を形成するための元の粉末の組成のため、第1の素材から得られる図2bの部品21は磁性となり、一方、第2の素材から得られる部品23は磁性とはならない。この特定の例においては、磁性部品は約800ないし1,500の最大透磁率(μmax)を有する。
この実施の形態においては、単一の一体作業で、内側物品が外側物品に取り付けられていない状態で別の物品により包まれた1つの物品を形成する方法を開示する。第1の実施の形態に関しては、方法は例として示すが、この方法は任意の形状の囲い内の任意の形状の物品に適用できることを理解すべきである。

Claims (2)
- 中心を有するディスク構造体において、
軟質磁石である外側リング部分と;
硬質磁石である中間リング部分と;
非磁性の内側リング部分と;
上記中心のまわりで対称的に位置する開口と;
を有し、すべての上記3つのリング部分が、同3つのリング部分以外の材料を含まない連続体を形成することを特徴とする構造体。 - 上記開口を通過するように位置する磁性材料の可動ロッドを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造体。
