Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of a DC solenoid of self-holding type containing permanents magnets by providing a yoke formed of soft magnetic material between the permanent magnets and a slide cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A casing is formed of magnetic brackets 1 and an end plate 2, and a telescopic plunger 3 is arranged in a slide cylinder 7 at the center. Coils 4 and a plurality (14 in drawing) of permanent magnets 5 are arranged between the cylinder 7 and the brackets 1, and a yoke 6 is provided between the permanent magnets 5 and the cylinder 7. This yoke 6 is formed, for example, of a mixture of soft rubber and plastic with magnetic powder to be molded. Even if dimensional error exists in the bracket, permanents magnets, it can be thus absorbed. Accordingly the machining accuracy can be alleviated, and the fixture of the magnets can be facilitated.
