Description
本発明は、複雑な構造体を製造することに特に関係する、全体として粉体金属及び圧縮成形の分野に関する。
物品の収縮率が包囲体の収縮率よりも大幅に大きくされ、粉体射出成形法によりこの目的は達成される。その結果、物品は、焼結後、包囲体からそれ自体、分離し且つその内部で移動自由となることが分かった。
良好に接合するために同一か又は同様でなければならない物理的性質は、熱膨張係数、溶融点を含む一方(但し、これに限定されない)、接合に影響を与えずに異なってもよい性質は、導電率、保磁力、誘電率、熱伝導率、ヤング弾性係数、硬度及び反射率を含む(但し、これにのみ限定されない)。
第一のステップは、第一の供給材料を作成することである。このことは、潤滑剤及びバインダを粉体混合体に追加することにより行われる(上述したように)。この粉体混合体は、重量比で、約0.05%炭素、約15%クロム、約0.5%マンガン、約0.5%けい素、約0.3%ニオブ、約4%ニッケル、及び約80%鉄から成っている。適宜な金型を使用して、この第一の供給材料を、図2aに図示するように、第一の未焼成部品21を形成し得るように圧縮成形する。この未焼成部品は、中空の中心を示す穴22を有する円筒状の形状体体となることがある。

良機械加工性−AISI1212を1つの指針として使用し、スチールを100%で等級化し、50%以上の値のものは良とみなす
高耐疲労性−標準荷重及び0荷重を交互に加える108サイクルに耐え得ること
高硬度−50HRC以上
高靭性−シャルピー試験又はアイゾッド試験に基づき、靭性は、破断点まで1つの材料が吸収可能な単位容積当たりのエネルギとして定義される;高靭性は、約1×105キロジュール/m3以上の値であることを意味する
高融点−約1600℃以上(鉄は1537℃にて溶融する)
抗酸化性−上述した耐腐食性と同様であるが、腐食剤として酸素にのみ限定
易接続性−経験に基づくが、銅、銀、金のような材料を含む
更に、焼結後、第一の2つの供給材料が収縮する量を少なくとも10%だけ上廻る程度、収縮するという1つの重要な性質を有する第三の供給材料が提供される。この場合、供給材料は、パラフィンワックスのようなワックス及びポリエチレンのような熱可塑剤を含むバインダのみから作成することができる。

Claims (2)
- キャビティを有する複合的焼結物品を製造する方法において、
(a)粉体材料の混合体の1つの群であって、該群の構成要素の各々は、その群のその他の任意の構成要素との間で、焼結後に有する1つの機能上の性質が相違するものである、前記混合体の群を提供するステップと、
(b)前記混合体の群の全ての構成要素に対し潤滑剤及びバインダを追加し、これにより、第一の供給材料の群を形成し、該群の全ての構成要素が焼結後、互いに1%以下だけ相違する量だけ収縮するようにするステップと、
(c)焼結後、前記第一の供給材料の群の任意の構成要素が収縮する量の少なくとも10%だけ上廻る量だけ、焼結後、収縮する第二の群の供給材料を形成するステップと、
(d)金型内にて、何れかの供給材料の群からの供給材料を圧縮成形して未焼成部品を形成するステップと、
(e)前記未焼成部品を異なる金型に搬送し、次に、何れかの供給材料の群から得られたある量の異なる供給材料を前記異なる金型内に射出するステップと、
(f)双方の供給材料の群の全ての構成要素が成形される迄、毎回、異なる金型及び異なる供給材料を使用してステップ(d)及び(e)を繰り返して、これにより最終的な複合的未焼成部品を形成するステップと、
(g)最終的な複合的未焼成部品から全ての潤滑剤及びバインダを除去して、粉体骨格体を形成するステップと、
(h)粉体骨格体を焼結するステップと、
(i)焼結した骨格体に結合していない全ての部品を除去し、これにより前記複合的焼結物品を形成するステップとを含む、連続的ステップとからなり、前記機能上の性質が、磁性、耐食性、制御された多孔度、高熱伝導率、高密度、高強度、耐摩耗性、高弾性係数、高減衰能力、良機械加工性、耐疲労性、高硬度、高靭性、抗酸化性、及び易接続性から成る群から選ばれる、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記焼結した骨格体に結合していない部品の除去が機械的又は化学的手段により実現される、方法。
