多孔金属产品及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末注塑成型领域,尤其涉及一种注塑成型喂料、多孔金属产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
多孔材料在能源、环保、航空航天等领域有着广泛的应用。无序结构的多孔材料,虽然能够计算可控流体通过指数,但其中的孔径大小、孔的形状、间隙度和弯曲度等的综合计算非常复杂,流体的实际通过能力又与材料的形状和尺寸有关,要精确控制非常困难。相较于无序结构的多孔材料,有序多孔材料的流体通过的计算和控制就非常容易。在材料的力学性能方面,相同的开孔率,有序孔材料要比无序孔材料强度高。无序孔材料由于孔道弯曲,容易纳污,致使材料失效,且不容易清洗。有序孔材料由于孔道贯通,使用效率高且易清洁。因此,有序孔材料的应用有着更广泛的前景。在目前介绍的有序多孔材料的制作中,一般采用扩散烧结法和模板法,然这些方法生产速度缓慢,成本高且不宜大批量生产。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能够解决上述技术问题的注塑成型喂料、多孔金属产品及多孔金属产品的制备方法。
一种注塑成型喂料,所述注塑成型喂料包括一第一金属粉末,所述注塑成型喂料还包括一第二金属粉末,所述第二金属粉末与所述第一金属粉末均匀混合,在所述注塑成型喂料中,所述第二金属粉末所占的质量分数低于10%;所述第一金属粉末为耐腐蚀金属粉末,所述第二金属粉末为易腐蚀金属粉末。
进一步地,所述第一金属粉末为不锈钢金属粉末。
进一步地,所述第一金属粉末可以为产品型号为17-4PH、316L、SKD61的不锈钢粉末中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述第二金属粉末为为碳基铁粉或低碳钢类合金粉末中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述第二金属粉末为产品型号为G1010碳素结构钢粉末。
进一步地,所述注塑成型喂料还包括一粘结剂,所述第一金属粉末、所述第二金属粉末及所述粘结剂均匀混合。
一种多孔金属产品的制备方法,包括步骤:提供如上所述的注塑成型喂料并将所述注塑成型喂料加入到一注塑成型机中成型,得到产品生胚;将成型后的所述产品生胚送进一烧结炉中进行高温烧结,得到烧结产品胚件;及将化学试剂滴在所述烧结产品胚件的表面,在所述烧结产品胚件的表面形成很多均匀分布的小孔,得到多孔金属产品。
进一步地,所述化学试剂为75%HCL+25%HNO3配的王水稀溶液或含有Cl离子的化学溶质+王水的稀溶液中的至少一种。
一种多孔金属产品,所述多孔金属产品采用如上所述的多孔金属产品的制备方法制备而成。
进一步地,所述多孔金属产品表面分布有多个均匀分布的小孔。
本发明在注塑成型喂料中添加易腐蚀的第二金属粉末,并在烧结产品胚件的表面滴上能够腐蚀所述第二金属粉末的化学试剂,在烧结产品胚件的表面形成很多小孔,从而得到多孔金属产品。因此,本发明提供的多孔金属产品的制备方法的制造速度快,成本低且能够大批量生产。

为能进一步阐述本发明达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合较佳实施方式,对本发明提供的一种注塑成型喂料、多孔材料及多孔材料的制备方法,作出如下详细说明。
本发明提供一种注塑成型喂料,所述注塑成型喂料包括第一金属粉末、第二金属粉末及粘结剂。其中,所述第一金属粉末、所述第二金属粉末及所述粘结剂均匀混合在一起。在所述注塑成型喂料中,所述第二金属粉末所占的质量分数低于10%,所述粘结剂所占的质量分数低于10%。
其中,所述第一金属粉末为耐腐蚀的金属粉末。
优选地,所述第一金属粉末为微米级金属粉末。
在本实施方式中,所述第一金属粉末为不锈钢金属粉末。其中,所述不锈钢金属粉末可以为产品型号为17-4PH、316L、SKD61等不锈钢粉末中的至少一种。在本实施方式中,所述不锈钢金属粉末为17-4PH不锈钢粉末。

具体地,增韧相容剂可以为环状酸酐型相容剂、羧酸型相容剂、环氧型相容剂、恶唑啉型相容剂、酰亚胺型相容剂、异氰酸酯型相容剂等。
本发明较佳实施方式提供一种多孔金属产品,所述多孔金属产品由上述注塑成型喂料配合所述化学试剂制备而成。其中,所述多孔金属产品的表面形成有多个均匀分布的小孔。
本发明较佳实施方式提供一种多孔金属产品的制备方法,所述多孔金属产品的制备方法包括如下步骤:
第一步,提供适量注塑成型喂料并将所述注塑成型喂料加入到注塑成型机中成型,得到产品生胚。
其中,所述注塑成型喂料包括第一金属粉末、第二金属粉末及粘结剂。其中,所述第一金属粉末、所述第二金属粉末及所述粘结剂均匀混合在一起。在所述注塑成型喂料中,所述第二金属粉末的质量百分比低于10%,所述粘结剂的质量百分比低于10%。
其中,所述第一金属粉末为不易腐蚀的金属粉末。

第三步,将化学试剂滴在所述烧结产品胚件的表面,以在所述烧结产品胚件的表面形成很多均匀分布的小孔,从而得到多孔金属产品。
其中,分散有所述第二金属粉末的所述烧结产品胚件的位置会被所述化学试剂腐蚀,从而在所述烧结产品胚件的表面形成很多均匀分布的小孔,在后续的嵌入成型制程中,塑胶会渗入所述多孔金属产品的所述小孔中并形成大量细小的天然倒扣结构,从而增强所述多孔金属产品与塑胶的结合力。
其中,所述化学试剂可以为但不局限于75%HCL+25%HNO3配的王水稀溶液(3HCL·HNO3)或者含有Cl离子的化学溶质+王水的稀溶液。优选地,所述含有Cl离子的化学溶质为FeCl3
与现有技术相比,本发明在注塑成型喂料中添加易腐蚀的第二金属粉末,并在烧结产品胚件的表面滴上能够腐蚀所述第二金属粉末的化学试剂,在烧结产品胚件的表面形成很多小孔,从而得到多孔金属产品。因此,本发明提供的多孔金属产品的制备方法的制造速度快,成本低且能够大批量生产。

提供注塑成型喂料并将所述注塑成型喂料加入到一注塑成型机中成型,得到产品生胚,所述注塑成型喂料包括一第一金属粉末,其特征在于,所述注塑成型喂料还包括一第二金属粉末及一粘结剂,所述第二金属粉末、所述粘结剂与所述第一金属粉末均匀混合,在所述注塑成型喂料中,所述第二金属粉末所占的质量分数低于10%,所述粘结剂的质量百分比低于10%;所述第一金属粉末为耐腐蚀金属粉末,所述第二金属粉末为易腐蚀金属粉末;

将一能够腐蚀所述第二金属粉末的化学试剂滴在所述烧结产品胚件的表面,分散有所述第二金属粉末的所述烧结产品胚件的位置会被所述化学试剂腐蚀,从而在所述烧结产品胚件的表面形成很多均匀分布的小孔,得到多孔金属产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的多孔金属产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述化学试剂为75%HCL+25%HNO3配的王水稀溶液或含有Cl离子的化学溶质+王水的稀溶液中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的多孔金属产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一金属粉末为不锈钢金属粉末。
4.如权利要求3所述的多孔金属产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一金属粉末可以为产品型号为17-4PH、316L、SKD61的不锈钢粉末中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的多孔金属产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第二金属粉末为碳基铁粉或低碳钢类合金粉末中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的多孔金属产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第二金属粉末为产品型号为G1010碳素结构钢粉末。
7.一种多孔金属产品,其特征在于,所述多孔金属产品采用如权利要求1-6任一项所述的多孔金属产品的制备方法制备而成。
