Abstract
【解決手段】電子機器に備わる第1の接続対象物26aと、この第1の接続対象物26aとは別の第2の接続対象物26bとに接触して、両接続対象物26a,26bを導電接続する複数の導電部15と、この導電部15と接触して複数の導電部15どうしを導電接続する金属部16aを有する異方導電性コネクタ11とした。金属部16aが各導電部15を導電接続するため、各導電部15の接地部分が小面積であっても十分な導電特性を実現でき、携帯電子機器の電磁波ノイズや静電気の除去に有効である。

Description
異方導電性コネクタ11では、透孔20の中心に対して導電路15の中心をややずらして導電路15を形成することで、導電路15と導通シート16とが接触する接触面21を確保して両者を確実に接触させている。また、導通シート16に透孔20を設けたため、導通シート16を挟んで上下に連結する導電路15の一部がこの透孔20内に形成されることになる。即ち、導電路15を形成する磁性導電粒子が導通シート16に遮られることなく、透孔20を通じて連続配向することができるので、導電路15の一端部に露出する上側電極面18aに接続する第1の接地対象物と、導電路15の他端部に露出する下側電極面18bに接続する第2の接地対象物とを確実に導通接続することができる。

Claims (8)
- 磁性導電粒子を所定方向に配向してなる複数の導電路と、この導電路を被覆するゴム状弾性体でなる絶縁部とを有し、導電路の両端面を導電接続する接続対象物に対して接触させることで導通させる異方導電性コネクタにおいて、
複数の透孔を有し前記各導電路に対して交差する金属部を備えており、
前記各導電路がこの透孔内を磁性導電粒子が貫通するとともに、透孔の孔縁にこの磁性導電粒子が接触した接触面を形成して金属部と導電接続していることを特徴とする異方導電性コネクタ。 - 前記導電路の配向方向に沿う中心軸が前記透孔の中心から外れるように導電路を配置して、導電路の一部が透孔の一部を貫通するとともに、導電路の残部が透孔の孔縁と重なるようにした請求項1記載の異方導電性コネクタ。
- 前記透孔の直径よりも前記導電路を大径とし、この導電路の配向方向に沿う中心軸と前記透孔の中心が略同心となるように導電路を配置して、導電路の一部が透孔を塞いで貫通するとともに、導電路の残部が透孔の孔縁と重なるようにした請求項1記載の異方導電性コネクタ。
- 金属部が積層シートに設けられた金属層である請求項1〜請求項3何れか1項記載の異方導電性コネクタ。
- 前記金属部とその金属部を被覆するゴム状弾性体でなる絶縁部を有し前記導電部に対して交差方向に伸張する基体部を備え、この基体部の端部に、金属部が露出しており前記接続対象物に対して接触させる接地接続部を設ける請求項1〜請求項4何れか1項記載の異方導電性コネクタ。
- 接地接続部が前記金属部を折り返して形成したものである請求項5記載の異方導電性コネクタ。
- 請求項5または請求項6の異方導電性コネクタと、異方導電性コネクタを導電接続する接続対象物とを有する異方導電性コネクタの接続構造であって、
導電路の両端面を接続対象物に接触させるとともに、前記接地接続部の両面を接続対象物に接触させて導通させる異方導電性コネクタの接続構造。 - 前記異方導電性コネクタの基体部から突出する前記導電部を収容するための収容凹部を有するスペーサをさらに備え、異方導電性コネクタの導電部をスペーサの収容凹部に係合させて、異方導電性コネクタがスペーサと一体化した状態で接続対象物に異方導電性コネクタを接触させて導通させる請求項7記載の異方導電性コネクタの接続構造。
