Abstract
【解決手段】検査のために採取した血液や尿などの検体を吸引中に分離剤などによる詰りを検出した際に分注ヘッドをノズルチップの先端が液面から出ない程度に上昇させて詰りを解除させ、残圧によって吸引した後、さらに一定量追加吸引することによって検体残量を減らすことにより達成できる。
【効果】吸引処理において親検体残量を減らすことによって検体を無駄なく吸引する分注処理装置を提供する。

Claims (6)
- 試料を吸引するノズルと、該ノズルを上下動させるノズル上下動機構と、該ノズルの詰りを検出するノズル詰り検出機構と、該ノズルに試料を吸引するように圧力を発生させる圧力発生機構を備えた分注処理装置において、
試料を吸引中に前記ノズル詰り検出機構がノズル詰りを検出した場合、詰りを検出した位置から該ノズルを所定量上昇するように前記ノズル上下動機構を動作させ、更に追加の吸引を行うように前記圧力発生機構を制御する制御機構を備えたことを特徴とする分注処理装置。 - 請求項1記載の分注処理装置において、
前記ノズルの上昇量を設定する設定機構を備えたことを特徴とする分注処理装置。 - 請求項1記載の分注処理装置において、
前記ノズルの所定量上昇によっても該ノズルの詰りが解除されない場合、所定量の吐出動作を行い、ノズル内に吸引済みの検体を子検体容器に吐出するように前記制御手段により制御することを特徴とする分注処理装置。 - 請求項1記載の分注処理装置において、
前記追加の吸引における追加吸引量は、詰り発生までの吸引量に基づき算出することを特徴とする分注処理装置。 - 請求項4記載の分注処理装置において、
前記追加吸引量は、エアを吸引しない範囲で可変設定可能とすることを特徴とする分注処理装置。 - 請求項5記載の分注処理装置において、
前記追加吸引量は、詰り発生までの吸引量に基づき算出した吸引量、又はエアを吸引しない範囲で可変設定した量の少ない方の量とすることを特徴とする分注処理装置。
