Claims (6)
- 風力発電機用及び他の用途の支持体として使用される種類のプレハブ式モジュラータワーであって、少数のテーパ部品(1、2、3)によって形成され、該テーパ部品(1、2、3)の各々は、隣接配置された時に該タワーの前記テーパ部品を形成するのに適当な形状の、好ましくは鉄筋コンクリート製であって外壁(9)が平滑である少数の同一のプレハブ式モジュラー要素(6、7、8)の側面結合によって形成され、また、内壁(10)は、前記モジュラー要素(6、7、8)の肉薄の主壁(13)を強化する複数の突出した水平強化補剛体(11)及び垂直強化補剛体(12)を有し、垂直側壁(14)は、セメント結合ジョイント(15)用の、好ましくは台形断面の溝を全長にわたって有することを特徴とする、プレハブ式モジュラータワー。
- 前記プレハブ式モジュラー要素(6、7、8)の各々の内部の前記水平に配置されている強化補剛体(11)は、該強化補剛体(11)に沿って全長にわたって延びる中央長手方向管(16)を有し、それにより、前記タワー(4)の各部品を構成する前記プレハブ式モジュラー要素(6、7、8)間を水平方向に結束する、好ましくは可撓性を有する鋼製のテンションケーブル(17)を通すことができ、前記プレハブ式モジュールは、前記水平中央管(16)への適当な出入り開口(18)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレハブ式モジュラータワー。
- 前記タワー(4)の各部品を構成する前記プレハブ式モジュラー要素(6、7、8)を互いに横に並べて置き、水平方向に配置されている前記テンションケーブル(17)を緊張させた時、各対のモジュラー要素(6、7、8)間の前記垂直結合ジョイントは、先に結合部を閉鎖ジョイント(19)によって外側及び内側から封止し、その後、隣接した前記モジュラー要素の前記側溝によって形成されたギャップ内に、好ましくは液体セメントタイプのシーラント(15)を注ぎ込むことにより閉鎖されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプレハブ式モジュラータワー。
- 前記プレハブ式モジュラー要素(6、7、8)は、前記壁(13)に沿って垂直方向に配置されて全体的に該壁(13)の内部に組み込まれた複数の貫通管(20)を有し、前記タワーを構成している前記部品(1、2、3)の垂直方向結束を協働して行うテンションケーブル(21)がそれを貫通しており、該垂直テンションケーブル(21)は、前記タワー(4)の前記下側部品(1)を構成する前記プレハブ式モジュラー要素(6)の下側補剛体(22)から取り付けられて、前記貫通管(20)を貫通し、その後、前記貫通管にモルタルを充填して、前記ケーブルを前記貫通管(20)内に、したがって前記壁(13)の内部に結束して組み込み、前記ケーブルが内側及び外側の両方で隠蔽されたままにし、好ましくは各タワー部品(4)当たり1本のケーブルをまとめて設置することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のプレハブ式モジュラータワー。
- 前記タワーの前記垂直構成部品(1、2、3)は、2つの垂直強化補剛体(12)を互いに分離する角距離に相当する水平回転により、互いの上に組み立てられ、それにより、各部品の、前記プレハブ式モジュラー要素間の前記垂直結合溝(15)が垂直方向に一致しないようにしていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のプレハブ式モジュラータワー。
- 好適な実施形態では、前記タワー(4)は、各々の高さが約30m〜35mである3つのテーパ部品(1、2、3)に分割されて、合計したタワー高さは約100mになり、前記下側部品(1)は、互いに隣り合わせて配置されている5つの同一のプレハブ式モジュラー要素(6)を有し、前記中間部品(2)は、先行のものより小径であるがやはり互いに隣り合わせて配置されているさらなる5つの同一のプレハブ式モジュラー要素(7)を有し、前記上側部品(3)は、先行のものと異なるが互いに同一である3つのプレハブ式モジュラー要素(8)のみによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のプレハブ式モジュラータワー。
