Abstract
Description
撚られた繊維のろ過媒体をバックウォッシュする方法は、流れの逆転、すなわちろ過作動時の流れ方向に対向する流れ方向、ならびに水平面の洗い流しである。流入液はフィルタ床に向けて流れを方向決めするパイプを通してフィルタに入る。この方法は、ろ過タンク内での固体物質の沈殿を最小限にするために流入流れのエネルギを使用する。懸濁する固体物質は流入液がろ過媒体を通過するときに流れから除去される。媒体への固体物質の堆積はその媒体を通過する流れを抑制し、ろ過タンク内の高さレベルを上昇させる。この高さレベルが所定の設定位置に達すると、媒体のバックウォッシュが開始される。遠心ポンプが集合マニホルド内に流体を吸入し、マニホルド付近でろ過媒体を通る流れの逆転を引起して向流を生じさせる。流れが集合マニホルドの下側に向かうとき、撚られた繊維に水平方向の流れも発生される。向流と水平方向流れの組合わせは撚られた繊維のろ過媒体に溜まった固体物質を離脱させ、マニホルド内に掃出して廃棄させる。マニホルドを移動させる駆動モーターもこの時点で係合され、媒体を越えてマニホルドを移動させ、媒体を縦動(トラバース)させるときに固体物質を集合させる。マニホルドの移動は双方向とすることができる。媒体はマニホルドの直ぐ下方に至るまで次第に速度が高まる逆流および水平方向の流れに曝され、直ぐ下方の位置で組合わせ流れの最大限の効果が媒体から大部分の固体物質を除去する。マニホルドは媒体を機械的に圧縮せず、またはろ過媒体に沿って縦動(トラバース)する間に媒体を所定位置に保持するように設計される。この中心的な特徴は、マニホルドが表面上方に位置されて媒体を磨耗や破断することがないので、撚られた繊維のろ過媒体の最大限の寿命を保証する。

Claims (21)
- 織物裏当てに取付けられた繊維束を含んでなるろ過媒体と、
前記ろ過媒体が載置される支持構造体を取付けられる周縁骨組とを含むモジュール化したフィルタ構成要素。 - 骨組と前記支持構造体との間に室が形成され、また、少なくとも2つのろ過媒体が支持構造体の各側に配置されている請求項1に記載されたモジュール化したフィルタ構成要素。
- 前記室の流体出口をさらに含む請求項2に記載されたモジュール化したフィルタ構成要素。
- 流体出口が前記室の頂部に位置された請求項3に記載されたモジュール化したフィルタ構成要素。
- 容器と、その容器内の請求項2に記載された少なくとも1つのモジュール化した構成要素とを含むろ過装置。
- 内部に配置された複数のモジュール化したフィルタ構成要素を含む請求項5に記載されたろ過装置。
- 容器がモジュール化した構成要素を受入れるように改修された既存の容器である請求項5に記載されたろ過装置。
- 織物裏当て上に複数の繊維束が備えられたパイルろ過媒体を準備することと、
繊維束の間を通した後に織物裏当てを通して第1の方向へとパイルろ過媒体を通して固体物質を含有する排液を流すことと、
前記ろ過媒体から間隔を隔てて機械的な圧力を作用させることのない吸引ヘッドで前記パイル織物をバックウォッシュすることとを含む、パイルろ過媒体のバックウォッシュを含むろ過装置の作動方法。 - 前記ろ過媒体の実質的に全面にわたって前記吸引ヘッドを回転させることをさらに含む請求項8に記載された方法。
- 前記吸引ヘッドに配列された複数の開口を備えて、前記ろ過媒体の個々の部分に同軸に吸引力を作用させることを含む請求項8に記載された方法。
- 少なくとも時計方向と、反時計方向との間で交互に回転させる請求項9に記載された方法。
- 制御パネルに応答して回転を制御することを含む請求項9に記載された方法。
- より多数の開口が前記回転位置の近くよりも回転位置から離れて備えられるような形状に吸引ヘッドの開口を配置することを含む請求項8に記載された方法。
- 単一タンクに複数のフィルタ媒体を備え、各ろ過媒体は汚液から固体物質をろ過するために作動される請求項8に記載された方法であって、前記複数のろ過媒体の少なくとも1つによる前記汚液のろ過が継続される間、前記単一タンクから前記複数のろ過媒体の少なくとも1つを取外すことをさらに含む方法。
- 前記バックウォッシュ段階が、吸引ヘッドの表面プレートに直角な方向に前記排液を流す前に、前記表面プレートに少なくとも平行な方向に汚れた排液を流すことを含む請求項8に記載された方法。
- 吸引室と、
前記吸引室の上方に取付けられ、前記吸引室の周辺の少なくとも一部を越えて延在する表面プレートとを含み、
前記表面プレートは少なくとも吸引室に重なる部分に多数の開口を含み、
前記表面プレートは実質的に平坦であるパイルろ過媒体をバックウォッシュするための吸引ヘッド。 - 前記表面プレートの開口が配列されている請求項16に記載された吸引ヘッド。
- 吸引ヘッドが静止ろ過媒体の上方に回転できるように取付けられる請求項16に記載された吸引ヘッド。
- 吸引ヘッドの開口が回転位置の近くよりも回転位置から離れた位置に多くの開口が備えられる請求項18に記載された吸引ヘッド。
- 吸引ヘッドを時計方向および反時計方向の双方に回転させるためにモーターおよび伝達装置を含む請求項18に記載された吸引ヘッド。
- 吸引ヘッドの回転速度を制御することを含む請求項18に記載された吸引ヘッド。
