본 발명은 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 융털이 빠져나가는 흡입 슬릿의 가장자리 면을 경사지게 사면을 형성함으로써, 역세정을 위해 섬유 디스크 필터가 회전할 때 흡입 슬릿에 빨려들어 간 융털이 이 사면을 접촉하게 함으로써 이 융털의 각 회전량을 크게 하여 역세정 효과를 높일 수 있게 한 것이다. 또한, 사면에는 여러 개의 마찰 돌기를 돌출 형성하므로, 융털이 각 마찰 돌기를 하나씩 타고 넘으면서 융털을 빨래판에 문질러서 비벼 빠는 효과를 통해 이물 제거 효과를 더욱더 높일 수 있게 한 것이다.
일반적으로 섬유상 여과기는 디스크 형상의 필터 표면에 섬유(융털)를 구비하여 오염수 등이 이 섬유를 통과하는 동안 이물질이 여과되도록 한 여과기를 말한다. 이러한 섬유상 여과기에는, 아래의 (특허문헌 1) 내지 (특허문헌 3)과 같이, 섬유 디스크 필터의 표면에 달라붙은 이물을 역세정 방식으로 흡입하여 제거하는 역세정 흡입장치를 장착한다.

디스크형 필터편과 맞닿게 장착되는 역세정 흡입장치가 섬유 등에 부착된 이물질을 제거하는 작용을 하지 않을 때에는 이 디스크형 필터편으로부터 분리되게 함으로써, 디스크형 필터편에 구성된 섬유가 장시간 동안 역세정 흡입장치에 의해 눌리는 현상을 방지하여 섬유의 여과효율의 향상 및 수명을 연장할 줄 수 있도록 한 역세정 흡입장치 및 이를 이용한 섬유상 여과기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 역세정 흡입장치가 부력을 이용하여 디스크형 필터편에서 이격되게 구성함으로써, 구조가 간단하면서도 쉽게 동작시켜 역세정 흡입장치를 밀착 또는 분리시킬 수 있도록 한 역세정 흡입장치 및 이를 이용한 섬유상 여과기를 제공하는데 다른 목적이 있다.

역세정 흡입장치가 역세정시에만 디스크형 필터의 표면과 마주보며 맞닿게 하여 필요한 역세정 작용이 이루어지게 함으로써, 역세정 흡입장치가 디스크형 필터의 표면에 구성된 섬유를 누르는 시간을 최소화하여 섬유의 여과 효율의 향상 및 그 수명을 연장해 주고, 이처럼 섬유의 눌림에 따라 발생하는 회전 부하를 줄여 소요되는 에너지를 줄임으로써 흡입장치에 필요한 동력전달 장치의 크기를 줄여 컴팩트하게 제작할 수 있는 역세정 흡입장치 및 이를 이용한 섬유상 여과기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 실린더, 또는 이 실린더와 함께 코일 스프링을 이용하여 역세정 흡입장치가 역세정시에만 디스크형 필터와 밀착되게 구성함으로써, 간단한 구조로 이루어지면서도 제조가 용이하고 쉬운 조작으로 역세정 흡입장치를 밀착 또는 분리시킬 수 있도록 한 역세정 흡입장치 및 이를 이용한 섬유상 여과기를 제공하는데 다른 목적이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 인접한 2개의 역세정 흡입바를 하나의 실린더(또는 코일 스프링과 함께)로 작동시킬 수 있게 함으로써, 그 전체적인 구성을 더욱 간단하게 하면서도 용이하게 조작할 수 있게 한 역세정 흡입장치 및 이를 이용한 섬유상 여과기를 제공하는데 다른 목적이 있다.

본체와 흡입판이 서로 접촉하는 부분이 요철 형태로 결합하게 구성하여 밀봉 부재가 없이도 유체가 새지 않게 구성할 뿐만 아니라 훅 방식으로 이 본체와 흡입판이 서로 결합할 수 있게 구성하므로 부품 개수를 줄여 제조 시간과 비용을 줄이면서도 제조원가를 줄일 수 있게 한 섬유 여과기의 역세정 장치용 흡입 상자를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 상기 본체와 흡입판을 플라스틱으로 사출 성형하므로, 복잡한 형상도 쉽고 신속하게 대량으로 생산할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 구성 요소의 제조시간과 제조비용을 줄일 수 있게 한 섬유 여과기의 역세정 장치용 흡입 상자를 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다.
하지만, 이러한 기존의 역세정 흡입장치는 다음과 같은 문제가 발생한다.
(1) 여과작용에 따라서 섬유 디스크 필터에 이물질이 축적되면 필터의 여과작용에 문제가 생기기 때문에 섬유 디스크 필터를 적절히 역세정해야 한다.
역세정의 경우 이미 여과된 물을 사용하여 세정하기 때문에 여과수의 손실이 발생하므로 이러한 여과수 손실을 줄이기 위해서는 기존의 섬유디스크 필터는 역세정 효율을 향상시킬 필요가 있다.
(2) 즉, 역세정 효율을 향상시키면 역세정 시간 및 역세정에 사용하는 여과수 량을 줄일 수 있게된다.
(3) 따라서 이 기술분야에서 역세정 효율을 향상시키는 것은 중요한 과제이다.
본 발명은 이러한 점을 고려한 것으로, 흡입 슬릿 안에 빨려들어 온 융털이 빠져나갈 때 접하는 흡입 슬릿의 가장자리 내면을 경사지게 사면을 형성하여, 이 융털이 이 사면을 따라 움직일 수 있게 구성함으로써, 융털의 회전량을 크게함으로써 원심력을 증대시켜 융털에 달라붙은 이물을 털어냄으로써 역세정 효과를 높일 수 있게 하여 다양한 태양의 융털도 쉽게 이물을 제거할 수 있게 한 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
특히, 본 발명은 융털이 맞닿는 사면에 여러 개의 마찰 돌기를 돌출 형성함으로써, 융털을 마치 빨래판에 비벼 빠는 것과 같은 효과를 함께 얻을 수 있게 하여 다양한 태양의 융털에 대해서도 역세정 효과를 높이면서도 역세정에 사용하는 역세수 사용량을 줄일 수 있게 한 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치를 제공하는데 다른 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 이러한 마찰 돌기가 흡입 슬릿의 길이 방향을 따라 나란하게 길게 돌출 형성함으로써, 융털이 마찰 돌기를 하나씩 타고 넘으면서 마찰과 비벼 빠는 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하여 융털에 달라붙은 이물의 제거 효과를 더욱더 높일 수 있게 한 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치를 제공하는데 또 다른 목적이 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치는, 용기 형상으로 이루어지고, 내부의 내용물을 외부로 배출할 수 있게 배수 구멍(110)을 갖춘 흡입 몸체(100); 및 상기 흡입 몸체(100)에 입구 부분을 마감할 수 있게 장착하고, 역세정할 수 있도록 적어도 하나의 메인 슬릿(210')과 적어도 하나의 서브 슬릿(210")을 갖춘 흡입판(200);을 포함하되; 상기 메인 슬릿(210')은, 상기 메인 슬릿(210') 안으로 흡입한 융털(F)이 빠져나가는 가장자리의 내면이 상기 메인 슬릿(210')의 입구에서 안으로 갈수록 점차 넓어지게 사면(211)을 형성하고; 상기 사면(211)에는, 여러 개의 마찰 돌기(211')를 돌출 형성하여 역세정하면서 섬유 디스크 필터(D)가 회전함에 따라 융털(F)이 상기 마찰 돌기(211')에 밀착과 이탈을 반복하게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치는, 용기 형상으로 이루어지고, 내부의 내용물을 외부로 배출할 수 있게 배수 구멍(110)을 갖춘 흡입 몸체(100); 및 상기 흡입 몸체(100)에 입구 부분을 마감할 수 있게 장착하고, 역세정할 수 있도록 적어도 하나의 흡입 슬릿(210)을 갖춘 흡입판(200);을 포함하되; 상기 흡입 슬릿(210)은, 상기 흡입 슬릿(210) 안으로 흡입한 융털(F)이 빠져나가는 가장자리의 내면이 상기 흡입 슬릿(210)의 입구에서 안으로 갈수록 점차 넓어지게 사면(211)을 형성하고; 상기 사면(211)에는, 여러 개의 마찰 돌기(211')를 돌출 형성하여 역세정하면서 섬유 디스크 필터(D)가 회전함에 따라 융털(F)이 상기 마찰 돌기(211')에 밀착과 이탈을 반복하게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
그리고 상기 사면(211)은, 상기 흡입판(200)의 바깥 면과 이루는 각도(θ)가 5~30°로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치에 따르면 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
(1) 메인 슬릿에 빨려들어 온 융털이 빠져나가면서 접하는 흡입 슬릿 면에 사면을 형성하여, 융털이 이 흡입 슬릿 면에 접하여 타고 넘어감에 따라 이 융털의 회전량을 크게함으로써 이 융털에 작용하는 원심력의 증대로 융털에 묻어 있는 이물을 잘 털어낼 수 있게 하여 역세정 효과를 높일 수 있다.
(2) 특히, 사면 형상을 이용하여 융털의 이물을 제거하므로, 다양한 태양의 융털도 쉽고 신속하게 이물을 제거할 수 있다. 이에, 같은 정도로 이물을 제거했을 때 역세정에 사용하는 역세수의 사용량도 10~30% 정도 줄일 수 있다.
(3) 한편, 이 사면에는 여러 개의 마찰 돌기를 돌출 형성함으로써, 이러한 원심력 증가를 이용한 털어냄과 더불어 빨래판 효과를 통해 융털을 비벼서 이물을 제거하는 효과를 통해 역세정 효과를 더욱더 높일 수 있다.
(4) 이때, 상기 마찰 돌기는 흡입 슬릿의 길이 방향을 따라 길게 여러 개를 돌출 형성하므로, 융털이 각 마찰 돌기를 타고 넘으면서 비벼빠는 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하여 역세정 효과를 한층 더 높일 수 있게 된다.
[도 1]은 본 발명의 [실시예 1]에 따른 역세정 흡입장치를 적용한 섬유상 여과기의 예를 개략적으로 보여주는 사시도이다.
[도 2]는 본 발명의 [실시예 1]에 따른 역세정 흡입장치의 구성을 보여주려고 분해한 사시도이다.
[도 3]은 본 발명의 [실시예 1]에 따른 역세정 흡입장치의 결합 상태를 보여주려고 [도 2]에서 "A-A" 선을 따라 자른 단면도이다.
[도 4] 내지 [도 6]은 본 발명의 [실시예 1]에 따른 역세정 흡입장치의 작용을 설명하기 위한 단면도이다.

[실시예 1]
본 발명의 [실시예 1]에 따른 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치는, [도 1] 내지 [도 6]과 같이, 용기 형태로 이루어진 흡입 몸체(100), 그리고 축(S)에 설치한 섬유 디스크 필터(D)와 마주하도록 상기 흡입 몸체(100)에 장착하여 역세정할 수 있게 적어도 하나의 메인 슬릿(210')과 적어도 하나의 서브 슬릿(210")을 갖춘 흡입판(200)을 포함한다.
특히, 상기 메인 슬릿(210')은 그 안에 빨려들어 온 융털(F)이 빠져나갈 때 접하는 면에 사면(211)을 형성하여 폭 단면이 쐐기 형태가 되게 구성함으로써, 이 융털(F)이 사면(211)에 밀착하여 방향 전환이 이루어지게 움직이는 동안 융털(F)에 달라붙은 이물을 털어내게 하여 역세정 효과를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 쐐기의 모서리 부분에 의해서 융털(F)을 쓸어내림으로써 다양한 태양의 융털(F)에 대해서도 역세정 효과를 높이면서 역세정에 사용하는 역세수 사용을 최소화할 수 있게 한 것이다.
이하, 이들 구성에 대하여 보다 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다. 여기서, 도면부호 "T"는 여과조를, "S"는 여과조 안에서 제자리 회전하게 설치하여 여과한 물을 외부로 배수하는 축을, "D"는 상기 축(S)에 미리 정한 간격으로 설치하여 실질적으로 여과 작용하는 섬유 디스크 필터를, "F"는 상기 섬유 디스크 필터(D)의 외면을 형성하며 실질적으로 여과 작용을 하는 융털을 각각 나타낸다. 또한, 도면에서, 화살표는 역세정하는 동안 섬유 디스크 필터(D)가 돌아가는 방향을 표시한다.
가. 흡입 몸체
흡입 몸체(100)는, [도 1] 내지 [도 3]과 같이, 한쪽을 개방한 용기 형상으로 이루어지고, 개방한 입구 부분에는 후술할 흡입판(200)을 장착하여 마감한다.
또한, 상기 흡입 몸체(100)에는, [도 2]와 같이, 배수 구멍(110)을 형성하고, 펌프와 같은 액추에이터를 연결하여 흡입 몸체(100) 내부의 내용물을 여과조(T) 밖으로 배수할 수 있게 구성한다. 이때, 상기 배수 구멍(110)은, [도 2]에서 바닥에 형성한 것을 예로 들어 설명하고 있으나, 이에 한정하지 않고 내부의 내용물을 배수할 수 있는 위치라면 양쪽 끝단 부분이나 측면 등 어디든지 형성할 수 있다.
이러한 흡입 몸체(100)는, [도 1]과 같이, 섬유 디스크 필터(D)의 반지름 방향을 따라 최소한의 길이만큼 마주할 수 있는 길이로 제작함으로써, 후술할 흡입판(200)과 섬유 디스크 필터(D)와의 마찰 저항을 최소화할 수 있게 제작하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고 상기 흡입 몸체(100)는 금속판을 프레스 가공하여 용기 형태로 성형하거나, 합성수지를 사출 성형하는 등 다양한 방법으로 제작할 수 있다.
나. 흡입판
흡입판(200)은, [도 2] 및 [도 3]과 같이, 소정의 두께를 갖는 판 부재로서, 윗면에는 길이방향을 따라 적어도 하나의 메인 슬릿(210')과 적어도 하나의 서브 슬릿(210")을 형성한다.
1. 메인 슬릿
메인 슬릿(210')은, [도 2] 및 [도 3]과 같이, 상술한 흡입 몸체(100)를 섬유 디스크 필터(D)의 반지름 방향으로 나란하게 마주했을 때, 이 섬유 디스크 필터(D)의 외부를 구성하는 융털(F)을 빨아드릴 수 있는 길이로 제작한다. 또한, 상기 메인 슬릿(210')의 폭은, [도 5] 및 [도 6]과 같이, 융털(F)이 이 메인 슬릿(210')을 통과할 때 이 융털(F)을 메인 슬릿(210') 안으로 관통하여 흡입 몸체(100) 안으로 빨려 들어갈 수 있는 폭으로 형성한다.
특히, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에서, 상기 메인 슬릿(210')은, [도 3] 내지 [도 6]과 같이, 메인 슬릿(210') 안으로 빨려들어 온 융털(F)이 빠져나갈 때 접하는 면이 메인 슬릿(210')의 입구에서 안으로 갈수록 점차 넓어지게 사면(211)을 형성하여 폭 단면이 쐐기 형태가 되게 제작한다. 이는, 흡입 몸체(100) 안으로 빨려들어 온 융털(F)이, [도 5] 및 [도 6]과 같이, 섬유 디스크 필터(D)가 회전함에 따라 이 사면(211)에 밀착하게 하고, 특히 융털(F)이 강제로 당겨짐에 따라 쐐기의 끝 부분을 통해 융털(F) 표면에 달라붙은 이물을 긁어내서 이물 제거 효과를 높일 수 있게 하기 위함이다.
나아가 메인 슬릿(210')에 도달하기 전에 누워있던 융털(F)이 메인 슬릿(210')에 도달하여 흡입력을 받으면 이 사면(211)을 따라서 펴지므로 사면이 형성되지 않는 종래의 슬릿의 경우보다 누워있던 융털(F)이 펴지는 융털(F)의 유동 회전각을 사면(211)의 경사각만큼 크게 형성하여 원심력 증가에 의한 융털(F)에 부착된 이물질의 이탈을 촉진시킬 수 있게 된다.
또한, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에서, 상기 메인 슬릿(210')은, [도 3]과 같이, 상기 사면(211)과 흡입판(200)의 바깥면 사이에 이루는 각도(θ)가 5~30°를 이루게 함으로써, 이처럼 이 쐐기 부분을 통해 융털(F)에 달라붙은 이물을 긁어내는 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있게 구성하는 것이 바람직하다. 이때, 쐐기 형상의 끝은 너무 날카롭지 않게 형성하여 융털(F)이 이 쐐기 부분을 타고 넘으면서 손상되거나 잘리지 않으면서 이물 제거 효과를 높일 수 있게 제작하는 것이 바람직하다.
2. 서브 슬릿
서브 슬릿(210")은, [도 2] 및 [도 3]과 같이, 상술한 메인 슬릿(210')과 나란하게 형성한다. 이때, 상기 서브 슬릿(210")은, [도 4] 및 [도 5]와 같이, 융털(F)의 끝이 서브 슬릿(210")의 가장자리에 걸쳐져서 완전히 펼쳐지지 않게 한 상태에서 융털(F) 표면에 달라붙은 이물을 제거할 수 있게 구성한다. 이는, 섬유 디스크 필터(D)가 계속해서 돌아감에 따라 융털(F)이 항상 서브 슬릿(210")에 폭 방향으로 걸쳐진 상태로 있게 되고, 이처럼 서브 슬릿(210")에 걸쳐진 부분에서 지속해서 역세정이 이루어지게 하여 결과적으로 융털(F)의 길이 전체에 걸쳐 계속해서 역세정이 이루어지게 하기 위함이다.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에서, 상기 서브 슬릿(210")은 하나의 메인 슬릿(210')과 이웃하게 1~5개를 나란하게 관통 형성함으로써, 이처럼 융털(F)이 전체 길이에 걸쳐 서브 슬릿(210")에 걸쳐지면서 역세정이 반복해서 이루어지게 하여 역세정 효과를 한층 더 높일 수 있게 구성하는 것이 바람직하다.
이처럼 이루어진 흡입판(200)은, [도 2]와 같이, 합성수지를 사출 성형하여 제작하고, 볼트와 같은 체결수단을 통해 상술한 흡입 몸체(100)에 쉽게 조립하여 제작할 수 있다. 또한, 합성수지로 사출 성형할 때는 상술한 흡입 몸체(100)를 인서트로 일체로 사출 성형할 수도 있고 합성수지를 이용하여 흡입 몸체(100)와 흡입판(200)을 일체로 성형할 수도 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 메인 슬릿에 빨려들어 온 융털이 빠져나가는 메인 슬릿 면에 사면을 형성함으로써, 이 융털이 메인 슬릿에서 빠져나갈 때 쐐기 형상의 면을 타고 넘게 하여 융털에 달라붙은 이물을 이 쐐기 형상을 통해 긁어낼 수 있게 하여 역세정 효과를 높일 수 있고, 또한, 역세정 시에 메인 슬릿에 도달하기 전에 누워있던 융털이 사면을 따라서 펴지면서 융털의 각회전량을 사면이 형성되지 않은 경우보다 사면의 경사각만큼 크게할 수 있어 융털이 받는 원심력증대에 의한 이물의 제거를 촉진할 수 있게 한 것이다. 이에, 역세정 효과를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 역세에 필요한 역세수의 사용도 종래기술 대비 10~30% 정도 줄일 수 있게 된다.
[실시예 2]
본 발명의 [실시예 2]에 따른 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치는, [도 7] 및 [도 8]과 같이, 상술한 [실시예 1]과 같은 구성이나, 사면(211)에 마찰 돌기(211')를 추가한 점에서 차이가 있다. 이에, 여기서는, [실시예 1]과 같은 구성에 관해서는 상세한 설명을 생략하고 추가한 구성에 관해서만 설명한다.
[실시예 2]는, [도 7] 및 [도 8]과 같이, 사면(211)에 여러 개의 마찰 돌기(211')를 돌출 형성한 것이다. 이는, 역세정하면서 섬유 디스크 필터(D)가 회전함에 따라 융털(F)이 사면(211)에 접하여 당겨지면서 쐐기 부분이 융털(F)을 긁어내는 것과 같은 효과와 더불어, 이 융털(F)이 마찰 돌기(211')에 밀착과 이탈을 반복하면서 마치 빨래판에 문질러서 비벼 빠는 효과를 함께 얻을 수 있게 구성함으로써, 역세정 효과를 한층 더 높일 수 있게 한 것이다.
이때, 상기 마찰 돌기(211')는 메인 슬릿(210')의 길이 방향으로 길게 여러 개를 돌출 형성함으로써, 융털(F)이 이웃한 마찰 돌기(211') 사이를 타고 넘으면서 이러한 역세정 효과를 더욱더 높일 수 있게 된다.
[실시예 3]
본 발명의 [실시예 3]에 따른 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치는, [도 9]와 같이, 흡입 몸체(100)와 적어도 하나의 흡입 슬릿(210)을 갖추고 상기 흡입 몸체(100)의 입구 부분을 마감하는 흡입판(200)을 포함하되, 상기 흡입 슬릿(210)에는, 상기 흡입 슬릿(210) 안으로 흡입한 융털(F)이 빠져나가는 가장자리의 내면이 상기 흡입 슬릿(210)의 입구에서 안으로 갈수록 점차 넓어지게 사면(211)을 형성한 것이다.
이러한 흡입 슬릿(210)의 구성은, [도 9]와 같이, 상술한 [실시예 1]의 메인 슬릿(210')과 같은 구성으로, 실시예 3의 전체 구성은 [실시예 1]의 구성 중에서 서브 슬릿(210")를 뺀 것과 같은 구성이다. 따라서, [실시예 2]에 해당하는 [실시예 3]의 구성은 상술한 [실시예 1]에서 이미 설명했으므로, 여기서 [실시예 2]에 해당하는 구성의 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
Claims (3)
- 용기 형상으로 이루어지고, 내부의 내용물을 외부로 배출할 수 있게 배수 구멍(110)을 갖춘 흡입 몸체(100); 및 상기 흡입 몸체(100)에 입구 부분을 마감할 수 있게 장착하고, 역세정할 수 있도록 적어도 하나의 메인 슬릿(210')과 적어도 하나의 서브 슬릿(210")을 갖춘 흡입판(200);을 포함하되,상기 메인 슬릿(210')은,상기 메인 슬릿(210') 안으로 흡입한 융털(F)이 빠져나가는 가장자리의 내면이 상기 메인 슬릿(210')의 입구에서 안으로 갈수록 점차 넓어지게 사면(211)을 형성하고,상기 사면(211)에는,여러 개의 마찰 돌기(211')를 돌출 형성하여 역세정하면서 섬유 디스크 필터(D)가 회전함에 따라 융털(F)이 상기 마찰 돌기(211')에 밀착과 이탈을 반복하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치.

- 제1항 또는 제2항 있어서,상기 사면(211)은,상기 흡입판(200)의 바깥 면과 이루는 각도(θ)가 5~30°로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 여과기의 역세정 흡입장치.
