実施例171および176を表1に示す。ペプチドは、樹脂にグラフトさせたアミノ酸Glnから出発して合成した。出発樹脂はFmoc-Gln(Trt)-2-クロロトリチル樹脂であり、これは上記のようにして調製した。線状ペプチドは、上記手順を用いて固相支持体上で次の順番で合成した: 樹脂-Gln(Trt)-DGln(Trt)-P11-P10-P9-P8-P7-P6-P5-P4-P3-P2-P1。その後、手順Bに記載のようにして、ジスルフィド架橋を形成させ、ペプチドを樹脂から切断し、環化させ、脱保護し、精製した。上記分析方法を用いてHPLC-保持時間(分)を測定した: Ex. 171 (15.40), 176 (13.67)。

特に断らない限り、凍結乾燥ペプチドはマイクロバランス (Mettler MT5)で秤量し、最終濃度1mMとなるように滅菌水に溶解させた。ストック溶液は+4℃で遮光して保存した。
