Abstract

Claims (38)
- 特に自動車空調装置用の蒸発器であって、冷媒用流れ通路と流れ通路の外側に配置されて空気を付加可能なフィンとを有するものにおいて、冷却材を流通可能な少なくとも1つの冷却要素(5、11、21、210、510、520、710)が蒸発器(1、10、20、270、570、770)と伝熱結合されていることを特徴とする蒸発器。
- 蒸発器が、扁平管(10a、31、81、220、230)と波形フィン(10b、82)とを備えた扁平管形蒸発器(10、20、30、270、570、770)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の蒸発器。
- 蒸発器がプレート形またはディスク形蒸発器として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の蒸発器。
- 冷媒がR134aまたはR152であることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3記載の蒸発器。
- 冷媒がR744(二酸化炭素)であることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(5、11、21、22、35、80)が2つの隣接する扁平管(10a、81)もしくはディスクまたはプレートの間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(5、11、21、22、35、80、210、510、520、710、910)が少なくとも1つの流れ通路(10a、31、81、220)と素材接合式に特に蝋付、溶接、接着等によって、または特に形状接合式にクリップ止め、ねじ止め等によって結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の蒸発器。
- 冷却要素(5、11、21、22、35、60、70、80)が冷却材側で個別の冷却サイクル(二次サイクル6)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 二次サイクル(6)が、熱を放出する負荷、特に電子部品の冷却に役立つことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の蒸発器。
- 二次サイクル(6)中の冷却材が水とグリサンチンとの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(5、11、21、22、35、60、70、80、210、510、520、710、910)が長方形管(61、71)として構成され、隣接する流れ通路(81)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(80)が両方の幅側で流れ通路(81)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(80)が流れ通路(81)と波形フィン(82)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(80)が2つの隣接する波形フィン(82)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(70)が単路で冷却材を流通可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 冷却要素(69)が2路で(方向転換部Uで)流通可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(60、70)が冷却材用に入口短管(60a、70a)と出口短管(60b、70b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜16の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 冷却要素(60、70)の内部に乱流挿入材(64、72)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17の少なくとも1項記載の蒸発器。
- 少なくとも1つの冷却要素(210、410、520、710、910)が少なくとも1つの外側扁平管(220)と素材接合式に特に蝋付、溶接、接着等によって、および/または特に形状接合式にクリップ止め、ねじ止め等によって結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項記載の蒸発器。
- 少なくとも1つの第1冷却要素(510)と少なくとも1つの第2冷却要素(520)が直列に流通可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項記載の蒸発器。
- 少なくとも1つの第1冷却要素(710)と少なくとも1つの第2冷却要素(710)が並行して流通可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項記載の蒸発器。
- 少なくとも1つの冷却要素(210、510、520、710、910)が蒸発器(270、570、770)の少なくとも1つの側部品の代わりとなり、特に管ブロック(370)を限定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(210、510、520、710、910)の幅(390)が、少なくとも1つの管、特に扁平管および/または少なくとも1つのフィン、特に波形フィンの少なくとも1つのラスタ寸法に依存しないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項記載の蒸発器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素(210、510、520、710、910)の幅(390)が、少なくとも1つの管、特に扁平管および/または少なくとも1つのフィン、特に波形フィンの少なくとも1つのラスタ寸法に依存していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項記載の蒸発器。
- 特に自動車内で熱を放出する負荷を冷却するための冷却装置において、冷却材を流通可能な少なくとも1つの冷却要素と特に自動車空調装置の蒸発器とを伝熱結合し、冷却材を流通可能な二次サイクルを先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素に接続することを特徴とする冷却装置。
- 二次サイクル(113)が自動車内燃機関の冷却サイクル(115)に選択的に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項25記載の冷却装置。
- 冷却サイクル(115)中に配置される空気冷却式加熱体(114)に二次サイクル(113)が接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項26記載の冷却装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素の代わりに加熱体(114)が投入可能であることを特徴とする、請求項27記載の冷却装置。
- 二次サイクル(113)中に多路弁が配置されており、これらの多路弁を介して前記少なくとも1つの冷却要素が遮断可能、また加熱体(114)が投入可能であることを特徴とする、請求項26、27または28記載の冷却装置。

- 二次サイクル(113)が送り部(113a)と戻り部(113b)とを有し、送り部(113a)と戻り部(113b)との間に可制御短絡管路(118)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項26〜31のいずれか1項記載の冷却装置。
- 蒸発器(120)を有する空調装置を備えた自動車内で熱を放出する負荷を冷却するための冷却装置において、空気流れ方向(L)で蒸発器(120)の下流側に補助熱交換器(121)が配置されており、この補助熱交換器が二次側で、蒸発器(120)から流出する空気を付加可能、一次側では負荷を冷却するための二次サイクル(124)に接続可能であることを特徴とする冷却装置。
- 補助熱交換器(121)が、直列に接続される冷却管を有することを特徴とする、請求項33記載の冷却装置。
- 補助熱交換器(121)がサーペンタイン形熱交換器(123)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項34記載の冷却装置。
- 空気流れ方向(L)で蒸発器(120)および補助熱交換器(121)の下流側に加熱体(125)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項33〜35のいずれか1項記載の冷却装置。
- 補助熱交換器(121、123)が空気流れ方向で比較的浅い、主に5〜15mmの奥行を有することを特徴とする、請求項33〜36のいずれか1項記載の冷却装置。
- 特に自動車空調装置の蒸発器の、熱を放出する負荷の冷却用ヒートシンクとしての使用。
