Abstract
Description
A1)アミノ基に対して少なくとも一つのオルト位アルキル置換基を有する芳香族ジアミン、
A2)ヒドロキシル基および/または第1級アミノ基を有する分子量500〜18,000の少なくとも一つのポリエーテルポリオールからなる脂肪族反応物質、
A3)必要に応じて、脂肪族アミン、
A4)強化剤、
A5)必要に応じて、触媒および/または添加剤、および
A6)i)金属Li,Mg,Ca,Ba,Zn,Cu,Fe,CoおよびNi、および
ii)8〜40個の炭素原子を有するカルボン酸、8〜40個の炭素原子を有するリン含有酸、または8〜40個の炭素原子を有する硫黄含有酸、
から得られる化合物を含む群からの少なくとも一つの金属塩、
からなる成分A、および
B1)ジフェニルメタン系列の液化ポリイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネート混合物からなるポリイソシアネート成分と、
B2)場合により有機充填剤を含有する、少なくとも一つのポリエーテルポリオールからなる平均分子量500〜18,000のポリオール成分、
から得られるプレポリマー成分B
の反応混合物を反応させることによって得られ、
成分A2)およびB2)は2〜8の官能価、40〜100重量%のエチレンオキシド含量、および0〜60重量%のアルキルオキシラン含量を有し、成分Aと成分Bを、得られたエラストマーのイソシアネート指数が80〜120の範囲となり、成分Bによって導入されたポリオール成分B2)がウレタン含量10〜90モル%となるように、化学量論的割合で反応させることを特徴とする、ポリウレタン−尿素エラストマーを提供する。
これらの分散充填剤の例は、ビニルポリマー、例えば反応媒体としてのポリエーテルポリオール中でアクリロニトリルとスチレンを重合することにより形成されるものなど(US−PS第3383351号、第3304273号、第3523093号、第3110695号、DE−PS第1152536号)、もしくはポリ尿素またはポリヒドラジド、例えば反応媒体としてのポリエーテルポリオール中で有機ジイソシアネートとジアミンまたはヒドラジンの間で重付加反応を行うことにより形成されるもの(DE−PS第1260142号、DE−OS第2423984号、第2519004号、第2513815号、第2550833号、第2550862号、第2633293号または第2550796号)である。原則として、上記A2)で既に述べた種類のポリエーテルポリオールは、それらが下記特徴に相当することを条件に、成分B2)として適当である。
半プレポリマー1
1121重量部の4,4’−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタンを、779重量部の官能価3のポリエーテルポリオール1と、90℃で反応させる。
2時間後のNCO含量:18.0%
96.6重量部の4,4’−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタンを、73.4重量部の官能価6のポリエーテルポリオール2と、90℃で反応させる。
2時間後のNCO含量:18.1%
出発グリセロールを、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドによって、それぞれ72重量%および18重量%の割合でアルコキシル化することにより調製された、主に第1級OH基を有するOH価37のポリエーテルポリオール
6官能性の出発ソルビトールのプロピレンオキシドによるプロポキシル化、その後のエトキシル化を83:17の割合で行うことにより調製された、主に第1級OH基を有するOH価28のポリエーテルポリオール
80重量%の1−メチル−3,5−ジエチル−2,4−ジアミノベンゼンと20重量%の1−メチル−3,5−ジエチル−2,6−ジアミノベンゼンの混合物
ジプロピレングリコール中の1,4−ジアザビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタン溶液(Air Products)
ポリオキシプロピレンジアミン(Texaco)
ジブチル錫ジラウレート

Claims (3)
- NCO当量のモル%に基づき、70〜95モル%の尿素含量および5〜30モル%のウレタン含量を有する強化ポリウレタン−尿素エラストマーであって、該エラストマーは、
A1)アミノ基に対して少なくとも一つのオルト位アルキル置換基を有する芳香族ジアミン、
A2)ヒドロキシル基および/または第1級アミノ基を有する分子量500〜18,000の少なくとも一つのポリエーテルポリオールからなる脂肪族反応物質、
A3)必要に応じて、脂肪族アミン、
A4)強化剤、
A5)必要に応じて、触媒および/または添加剤、および
A6)i)金属Li,Mg,Ca,Ba,Zn,Cu,Fe,CoおよびNi、および
ii)8〜40個の炭素原子を有するカルボン酸、8〜40個の炭素原子を有するリン含有酸、または8〜40個の炭素原子を有する硫黄含有酸、
から得られる化合物を含む群からの少なくとも一つの金属塩、
からなる成分A、および
B1)ジフェニルメタン系列の液化ポリイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネート混合物からなるポリイソシアネート成分と、
B2)場合により有機充填剤を含有する、少なくとも一つのポリエーテルポリオールからなる平均分子量500〜18,000のポリオール成分、
から得られるプレポリマー成分B
の反応混合物を反応させることによって得られ、
成分A2)およびB2)は2〜8の官能価、40〜100重量%のエチレンオキシド含量、および0〜60重量%のアルキルオキシラン含量を有し、成分Aと成分Bを、得られたエラストマーのイソシアネート指数が80〜120の範囲となり、成分Bによって導入されたポリオール成分B2)がウレタン含量10〜90モル%となるように、化学量論的割合で反応させることを特徴とする、強化ポリウレタン−尿素エラストマー。 - 請求項1に記載の強化ポリウレタン-尿素エラストマーで作られたポリウレタン成形品。
- 車両業界向けラッカー塗部品の製造のための、請求項2に記載の成形品の使用。
