Description
A1)各アミノ基に対し、少なくとも一つのオルト位アルキル置換基を有する芳香族ジアミン、
A2)ヒドロキシル基および/または第1級アミノ基を含有し、および分子量500〜18,000の少なくともポリエーテルポリオールからなる脂肪族反応成分、
A3)必要に応じて、脂肪族アミン、
A4)強化剤および
A5)必要に応じて、触媒および/または添加剤、
A6)必要に応じて、離型剤としての金属塩
から成るA−成分、および
B1)ジフェニルメタン系列からの液化ポリイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネート混合物からなるポリイソシアネート成分、および
B2)場合により有機充填剤を含有する、少なくとも一つのポリエーテルポリオールからなる平均分子量500〜18,000のポリオール成分、
から得られるB−成分としてのプレポリマー
を含んで成る反応混合物を反応させることによって得られ、
成分A2)は2〜8の官能価、および40〜100重量%のエチレンオキシド含量、および0〜60重量%のアルキルオキシラン含量を有し、および成分B2)は2〜8の官能価、および40重量%未満のエチレンオキシド含量、および60重量%を超えるアルキルオキシラン含量を有し、A−成分とB−成分を、得られたエラストマーのイソシアネート指数が80〜120の範囲内であって、およびB−成分によって導入されたポリオール成分B2)が、ウレタン分率10〜90モル%を示すような、化学量論的な重量比で、反応させることを特徴とする、強化剤を組み込んだポリウレタン尿素エラストマーを提供する。
半プレポリマー1
976重量部の4,4’−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタンを、724重量部の官能価6のポリエーテルポリオール2と、90℃で反応させる。
2時間後のNCO含量:18.1%
1121重量部の4,4’−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタンを、779重量部の官能価3のポリエーテルポリオール1と、90℃で反応させる。
2時間後のNCO含量:18.2%
エチレンオキシド72重量%およびプロピレンオキシド18重量%の割合で、スターターとしてのグリセリンのアルコキシル化によって調製され、主に第一級OH基を有するOH価37のポリエーテルポリオール。
6官能性ソルビトールのプロピレンオキシドによるプロポキシル化、その後の83:17の割合でのエトキシル化によって調製され、主に第一級OH基を有するOH価28のポリエーテルポリオール。
80重量%の1−メチル−3,5−ジエチル−2,4−ジアミノベンゼンと20重量%の1−メチル−3,5−ジエチル−2,6−ジアミノベンゼンの混合物。
ジプロピルグリコール中の1,4−ジアザビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタン溶液(Air Products製)

Claims (3)
- NCO当量のモル%に対して、尿素分率が70〜95モル%の範囲内であり、およびウレタン分率が5〜30モル%の範囲内である、強化ポリウレタン尿素エラストマーであって、
A1)各アミノ基に対する少なくとも一つのオルト位にアルキル置換基を有する芳香族ジアミン、
A2)ヒドロキシル基を含有し、および分子量500〜18,000の少なくともポリエーテルポリオールからなる脂肪族反応成分、
A3)必要に応じて、脂肪族アミン、
A4)強化剤および
A5)必要に応じて、触媒および/または添加剤、
A6)必要に応じて、離型剤としての金属塩
から成るA−成分、および
B1)ジフェニルメタン系列からの液化ポリイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネート混合物からなるポリイソシアネート成分、および
B2)場合により有機充填剤を含有する、少なくとも一つのポリエーテルポリオールからなる平均分子量500〜18,000のポリオール成分、
から得られるB−成分としてのプレポリマー
を含んで成る反応混合物を反応させることによって得られ、
成分A2)は2〜8の官能価、および40〜100重量%のエチレンオキシド含量、および0〜60重量%のアルキルオキシラン含量を有し、および成分B2)は2〜8の官能価、および40重量%未満のエチレンオキシド含量、および60重量%を超えるアルキルオキシラン含量を有し、A−成分とB−成分を、得られた該エラストマーのイソシアネート指数が80〜120の範囲内であって、およびB−成分によって導入されたポリオール成分B2)が、ウレタン分率10〜90モル%を示すような、化学量論的な重量比で、反応させることを特徴とする、強化ポリウレタン尿素エラストマー。 - 請求項1に記載の強化ポリウレタン尿素エラストマーから作られたポリウレタン成型品/部品。
- 車両業界向けラッカー塗装部品の製造に使用するための、請求項2に記載の成型品/部品。
