Claims (3)

1. Усиленные полиуретан-мочевинные эластомеры с содержанием мочевины от 70 до 95 мас.% и содержанием уретана от 5 до 30 мас.%, в расчете на мас.% эквивалента NCO, полученные путем взаимодействия реакционной смеси из компонента А, состоящего из
А1) ароматических диаминов, которые содержат, по меньшей мере, один алкильный заместитель каждый раз в орто-положении к аминогруппам,
А2) алифатического компонента реакции, состоящего из, по меньшей мере, одного полиэфирполиола, содержащего гидроксильные группы и/или первичные аминогруппы, с молярной массой от 500 до 18000,
A3) при необходимости, алифатических аминов,
А4) усиливающих наполнителей, а также
А5) при необходимости, катализаторов и/или добавок
А6) при необходимости, солей металлов в качестве разделительного слоя
а также форполимера в качестве компонента Б, полученного из
Б1) полиизоцианатного компонента, состоящего из сжиженного полиизоцианата или смеси полиизоцианатов ряда дифенилметана и
Б2) полиольного компонента со средней молярной массой от 500 до 18000, состоящего из, по меньшей мере, одного полиэфирполиола, при необходимости, содержащего органический наполнитель, отличающиеся тем, что компонент А2) имеет функциональность от 2 до 8, а также содержание этиленоксида от 40 до 100 мас.% и содержание алкилоксирана от 0 до 60 мас.% и компонент Б2) имеет функциональность от 2 до 8, содержание этиленоксида <40 мас.% и содержание алкилоксирана >60 мас.%, причем компонент А и компонент Б вводят во взаимодействие в таком стехиометрическом количественном соотношении, что изоцианатный индекс полученных эластомеров составляет от 80 до 120, и полиольный компонент Б2) в составе компонента Б, представляет от 10 до 90 мас.% части уретана.
2. Полиуретановые формованные детали/изделия из усиленных полиуретан-мочевинных эластомеров по п.1.
3. Применение полиуретановых формованных деталей/изделий по п.2 для получения лакированных строительных элементов в области производства транспортных средств.
