レセプタ、及びジアセチレンを含む重合組成物を含む比色センサーを形成するステップであって、そこでは前記レセプタが前記重合組成物の中に取込まれて、色変化を示す能力をもつトランスデューサを形成する、ステップ、
前記センサーとプローブを接触させるステップ、
2つ以上の異なる緩衝液を含む緩衝液組成物の存在下で標的分析物を含有している疑いのある試料と前記センサーをさらに接触させるステップ、及び
前記分析物が存在する場合に色変化を観察するステップ、
を含む方法。 - 分析物の検出方法において、
レセプタ、及びジアセチレンを含む重合組成物を含む比色センサーを形成するステップであって、そこでは前記レセプタが前記重合組成物の中に取込まれて、プローブの存在下で色変化を示す能力をもつトランスデューサを形成する、ステップ、
2つ以上の異なる緩衝液を含有する緩衝液組成物の存在下で、標的分析物を含有する疑いのある試料、及び前記標的分析物と前記レセプタの両方に対する親和性をもつプローブと、前記トランスデューサとを接触させるステップ、及び
前記分析物が存在する場合に基本的にいかなる色変化もないことを観察するステップ、
