Claims (4)
- 特定の細菌の検体特性を捕捉する方法であって、

特定の細菌の2つ以上の異なる検体特性に対する抗原特異性を有する2つ以上の抗体を提供する工程であって、前記抗体が、少なくとも1つのモノクローナル抗体を備える工程と、
固体支持材料を提供する工程と、
存在する場合、特定の細菌の1つ以上の検体特性で標的全細胞を捕捉するのに有効な条件下で、試料、固体支持材料、及び2つ以上の抗体間の接触を提供する工程とを含む、方法。 - 細菌について試料を分析する方法であって、
特定の細菌の1つ以上の検体特性を含むと推測される試料を提供する工程と、
特定の細菌の2つ以上の異なる検体特性に対する抗原特異性を有する2つ以上の固定化された抗体を提供する工程と、
特定の細菌の2つ以上の異なる検体特性に対する抗原特異性を有する2つ以上の標識された抗体を提供する工程であって、前記抗体は直接又は間接酵素標識で標識される工程と、
試料、固定化された抗体、及び標識された抗体との間の接触を提供し、前記標識された抗体と前記不動化された抗体との間に1つ以上の検体を結合する工程であって、
存在する検体のそれぞれに対し、前記固定化された抗体及び前記標識された抗体が、2つ以上の抗体結合対を備える工程と、
特定の細菌の有無を分析する工程とを含む、方法。 - 細菌について試料を分析する方法であって、
特定の細菌の1つ以上の検体を含むと推測される試料を提供する工程と、
特定の細菌の2つ以上の異なる抗体特性に対して抗原特異性を有する2つ以上の粒子−抗体複合体を提供する工程と、
特定の細菌の2つ以上の異なる検体特性に対し、抗原特異性を有する2つ以上の固定化された抗体を含む、検出表面を備える音弾性機械的センサを備えるシステムを提供する工程と、
試料、音弾性機械的センサの検出表面上の固定化された抗体、及び粒子−抗体複合体との間の接触を提供し、前記粒子−抗体複合体及び前記固定化された抗体との間に1つ以上の検体を結合する工程であって、
存在する検体のそれぞれに対し、前記固定化された抗体及び前記粒子−抗体複合体が、2つ以上の抗原結合対を含む工程と、
特定の細菌の有無を分析する工程とを含む、方法。 - 検体結合材料であって、
固体支持材料と、
前記固体支持材料上に配置された、抗体MAb−76、MAb−107、アフィニティー精製RxClf40、アフィニティー精製GxClf40、MAb12−9、これらのフラグメント、又はこれらの組合せと、
