の型の多重層中に2回出現することが可能であり、ここでSi3N4は、例えば金属(Al)またはホウ素などのもう1つの金属または元素をSiに比べて少ない量で含んでよく、および/またはZnOはAl型の1つの金属またはホウ素をZnに比べて少ない量で含んでよい。
この実施例は以下の多重層に関する:
ガラス/Si3N4:Al/ZnO:Al/Ti/Ag/ZnO1−XAl/Si3N4:Al/ZnO:Al/Ti/Ag/ZnO1−X:Al/Si3N4:Al
Si3N4:Alは、窒化物がアルミニウムを含むことを意味する。ZnO:Alも同様である。さらに、ZnO1−X:Alは、酸化物がわずかに酸素−準化学量論量で蒸着され、可視光線に対して吸収を持たないことを意味する。
3つの窒化ケイ素をベースとした層Si1、Si2およびSi3ならびに2つの銀層Ag1およびAg2のそれぞれの厚さTの変化を各層について試験した。
Claims (19)
- 2つの基板(11,17)の間に配置された少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーの層間シート(13,16)を含み(従って各基板が前記層間シート(13,16)に向いたそれぞれの面(2,3)を有し)、赤外線および/または太陽光線における反射特性を有する自動車用積層板ガラス(10,10’)であって、少なくとも400W/m2、または少なくとも500W/m2の電力密度を有する加熱手段(12)が前記面(2)と結合していること、赤外線および/または太陽光線に対する反射特性を有する手段(15)が前記面(3)と結合していること、および前記板ガラスが少なくとも70%、または少なくとも75%の光透過率を有することを特徴とする板ガラス。
- 前記加熱手段(12)が層間シート(13)の外部を向いている面に対して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 赤外線および/または太陽光線における反射特性を有する前記手段(15)が内部基板(17)の内側面または中央の熱可塑性ポリマーシート(14)の内部を向く面上に配置され、前記中央熱可塑性ポリマーシート(14)は2つの層間熱可塑性ポリマーシート(11,16)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 前記手段(15)が赤外線および/または太陽光線に対する反射特性を有するn個の機能層A、特に金属層ならびに(n+1)個の被膜Bを交互に含む薄膜多重層から成り(ここでn≧1である)、前記被膜Bは各機能層が2つの被膜Bの間に配置されるように1つの誘電体層または複数の誘電体層の重ね合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 機能層(A)(または複数の機能層Aの少なくとも1つ)がその下および/または上に配置した誘電体コーティングBと少なくとも可視光線を吸収する金属型の、および場合により窒化型のC層を介して接触することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 吸収層(1つまたは各々の)Cの厚さが1nmを超えない、特に0.7または0.6または0.5nmを超えないことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 吸収層(1つまたは少なくとも1つの)Cがチタン、ニッケル、クロム、ニオブ、ジルコニウムまたはこれらの金属のうちの少なくとも1つを含む合金をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- n≧2であること、および各機能層Aの厚さがほぼ同一であり、ならびに15nm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 機能層(1つのまたは少なくとも1つの)Aが銀または銀合金、特にパラジウムおよび/またはチタンを含む銀合金をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 前記加熱手段(12)が導電線の束、および特に撚線の束から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 前記加熱手段(12)が少なくとも1つの導電材質層から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 20から40%の間、および特に25から38%の間のエネルギー反射率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 多重層が層の配列:
ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO
を含み、特に完全な多重層:
Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4;
ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4;
ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4;
Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4;
の1つを有し、Si3N4および/またはZnO層がAlまたはホウ素型の1つの元素または1つの金属をSiまたはZnに比べて少量で含むことが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4から12のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。 - 薄膜多重層を基板(17)上に蒸着した後、この基板はその曲げ加工の目的のための500℃を超す加熱処理を受け、曲げ加工の後で外部反射において、青、緑または青緑の色を有することを特徴とする、請求項4から13のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)。
- 自動車のフロントガラスまたは前部サイドウインドウとしての請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラス(10,10’)の用途であって、前記板ガラスが優れた太陽光防護および加熱機能を有する、用途。
- 2つの基板(11,17)間に配置された少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーの層間シート(13,16)を含み(従って各基板は前記層間シート(13,16)に向いた各面(2,3)を有し)、赤外線および/または太陽光線に対する反射特性を有する自動車用積層板ガラス(10,10’)の製造方法であって、少なくとも400W/m2、または少なくとも500W/m2の電力を有する加熱手段(12)が前記面(2)と結合され、ならびに赤外線および/または太陽光線に対する反射特性を有する手段(15)が前記面(3)と結合され、前記赤外線および/または太陽光線に対する反射特性を有する手段(15)が、前記板ガラスが少なくとも70%、または少なくとも75%の光透過率を有するように適合される、ことを特徴とする製造方法。
- 赤外線および/または太陽光線に対する反射特性を有する手段が2つの金属、特に銀をベースとした複数の機能層を含む薄膜多重層からなり、好ましくはその他の層の厚さを変更しないで基板から開始して1番目の金属機能層の厚さを増加させ、および2番目の金属機能層の厚さを減少させることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 1番目の金属機能層の厚さの増加が絶対値において2番目の金属機能層の厚さの減少未満であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 赤外線および/または太陽光線に対する反射特性を有する手段が2つの金属、特に銀をベースとした複数の機能層を含む薄膜多重層からなり、金属機能層の直下に配置される少なくとも1つの吸収層Cの厚さを減少させることを特徴とする、請求項16から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
