Claims (10)
- リステリア菌、より好ましくはリステリアモノサイトゲネス菌に対する併用抗菌剤を食物および/または飲料に使用する方法において、該併用抗菌剤が、
− グリシンおよび/またはグリシン誘導体、並びに
− 乳酸塩および/または(ジ)酢酸塩
を含んでいる上記方法。 - 乳酸塩が、乳酸ナトリウムまたは乳酸カリウムである、請求項1に従う併用抗菌剤の使用方法。
- (ジ)酢酸塩が、乳酸ナトリウムまたは乳酸カリウムである、請求項1に従う併用抗菌剤の使用方法。
- グリシン誘導体が、グリシン酸アルカリ(土類)金属塩、グリシン酸アンモニウム、グリシンを含んでいるジまたはトリペプチド、グリシンとC1〜C8アルコールとのエステルである、請求項1に従う併用抗菌剤の使用方法。
- 併用抗菌剤が、食物および/または飲料中の唯一の抗菌剤である、請求項1に従う併用抗菌剤の使用方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う併用抗菌剤を、冷蔵された食物および/または冷蔵された飲料に使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う併用抗菌剤を、肉用途に使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う併用抗菌剤を、新鮮肉用途に使用する方法。
- グリシンおよび/またはグリシン誘導体が、当該食物または飲料当たり0.5〜3重量%、好ましくは0.5〜1.5重量%の濃度で使用される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従う併用抗菌剤の使用方法。
- 乳酸塩および/または(ジ)酢酸塩が、当該食物または飲料当たり0.5〜3重量%の濃度で使用される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従う併用抗菌剤の使用方法。
