Abstract
Description
何らかの垂直調節可能性(典型的には、約2.5〜7.6cm(1〜3インチ))を提供する。さらに、屋根の取付は、固定の基礎表面、一般には垂木に対し行われる必要がある。これらの垂木は一定の間隔に離間されていない場合がある。したがって、典型的には、取付レールは、レールから屋根取付具(Lブラケット)までの取付点がいずれにある場合にも、固定の取付点の直上となるように、幾つかの種類の調節可能な溝を備える。
のために最適化されており、モジュールの頂部から全設置作業を完了させる(下方からの配線、接地および取付なしで)ことに特に重点がおかれている。この最適化には、ソーラパネルの組立および設置における全ての工程が含まれる。さらに、輸送中、パネル用の統合フレームおよびラックシステム複合モジュールの利用がサポートされる。加えて、本発明による統合システムを利用することによって、既存のソーラパネルに個別モジュールを追加、接続し、より美観的に好ましく取り付けることが可能である。最後に、アセンブリ全体において、最小数の部品が利用される。
図2には、本発明によるソーラパネル100用の取付システムの斜視図を示す。示すように、一体に結合されている3つのモジュール102A〜102Cが存在する。モジュール102A〜102Cは、ソーラパネル100用のモジュール化され統合されたシステムを可能とする幾つかの特徴を備える。第1に、1つのモジュールを別のモジュールに機械的に接続し、ソーラモジュール間の電気的な接地接続を提供する継手が存在する。モジュールフレームへの継手および取付技術の機械的強度によって、各モジュールフレームを従来のソーラパネルアセンブリにおける基礎フレームレールと同じく強直に機能させることが可能となる。加えて、モジュール間にはケーブルコネクタ溝が存在する。このケーブルコネクタ溝によって、モジュールを一体に接続するために必要な配線作業の量が最小化される。最後に、このシステムには、パネル全体に対し1つの電気的な接地接続しか必要でなく、モジュール間の接地接続およびモジュール−レール間の接地接続は不要である。本発明の特徴についてより詳細に記述するために、ここで添付の図と共に以下の記述を参照する。
コネクタソケット108にはラベルが付けられ(+/−)、適切なケーブル接続のみを受容するように寸法が決定されることによって、配線の問題を最小とする。ケーブル長およびコネクタソケットの寸法/構成に基づき不適切な配線を防止するように、コネクタソケット108がモジュールに配置される(左/右、即ち、東西の側部や、頂/底部、即ち、北と南の側部)。コネクタソケット108はフレーム側部にあり、容易かつ高信頼性のモジュール相互接続を可能とする。フレーム側部のコネクタソケット108は予め取り付けられたホーム・ラン(home run)戻り配線経路を可能とする。フレーム側部のコネクタソケット108は線の相互接続を可能とする。フレーム側部のコネクタソケット108は、モジュールの取付後、ワイヤ接続部の隠蔽を可能とする。最後に、設計全体によって、ワイヤの管理および接地が改良される。
強直に取り付けることが可能である。この連続的な溝によって、利用可能な固定点(典型的には垂木)に任意の水平位置において取り付けることが可能となる。典型的には、図4に示すように、溝の形成されている部分はモジュールの一部である金属板138上に突起を含むことによって、パネルに完全、かつ、ほぼ連続的な拡張部を形成する。この溝142をモジュールの両側部(東西)および頂/底部(北と南)に設置し、モジュールを様々な異なる配向に設置することが可能である。
ソーラパネル用の統合モジュールフレームおよびラックシステムを開示する。ソーラパネルは複数のソーラモジュールと、複数のソーラモジュールを一体に結合するための複数の内部の継手とを備える。複数の内部の継手は接続しているモジュールをシステムの寿命を通じて屋根への輸送中および取付後の両方において機械的に強直にする方法を提供し、モジュール間の配線接続を提供し、モジュールに電気的な接地経路を提供し、パネルにモジュールを追加する方法を提供し、また欠陥モジュールを除去または変更する方法を提供する。モジュールの側部にはコネクタソケットが提供され、モジュールが継手と一体に接続されるときのモジュールの電気的なアセンブリを単純化する。

Claims (35)
- 複数のソーラモジュールと、
複数のソーラモジュールを一体に結合するための複数の継手と、
複数の継手は剛性を提供することと、からなるソーラパネル。 - 複数の継手はソーラモジュールに接地経路を提供することを含む請求項1に記載のソーラパネル。
- 内部の継手の各々は、
2つのソーラモジュールを一体に結合するための本体と、
2つのソーラモジュールの圧入結合を引き起こすための本体上の結合機構と、
2つのソーラモジュールのうちの1つ以上に本体を固定するための固定機構と、を含む請求項1に記載のソーラパネル。 - 結合機構は本体上の1つ以上の突起部を含む請求項3に記載のソーラパネル。
- 固定機構は1つ以上のねじを含む請求項3に記載のソーラパネル。
- ソーラモジュールの各々は複数のコネクタソケットを含むことと、複数のコネクタソケットはケーブル長に基づき不適切な配線が防止されるように配置されていることと、一体に結合されたときに1つのソーラモジュールの1つ以上のコネクタソケットは別のソーラモジュールのコネクタソケットと整合されるように配置されていることと、を含む請求項1に記載のソーラパネル。
- ソーラモジュールの各々はコネクタソケットの形状によって不適切な配線が防止されるように設計されている複数のコネクタソケットを含む請求項1に記載のソーラパネル。
- ソーラモジュールの各々はソーラモジュールに沿って伸びる溝を含むことと、溝はソーラパネルを構築物に固定するためのブラケットを受容するための溝であることと、を含む請求項1に記載のソーラパネル。
- ソーラモジュールの各々は太陽熱モジュールである請求項1に記載のソーラパネル。
- 継手はソーラモジュールの内部に存在する請求項1に記載のソーラパネル。
- 継手はソーラモジュールの外部に存在する請求項1に記載のソーラパネル。
