Abstract

一种太阳能模组,包括一太阳能组件及围设于太阳能组件周缘的若干边框,每一边框设有一支撑板及一扣板,支撑板及扣板之间形成一间隙用于卡置太阳能组件,固定太阳能组件下边缘的边框的扣板开设至少一与所述间隙贯通的排污槽。相较现有技术,本发明太阳能模组利用排污槽使太阳能组件上的泥土污渍流出,不会长期堆积于边框的断差位处,便于清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能模组。
背景技术
现有太阳能模组通常包括一太阳能组件及四条边框围设于太阳能组件的四周便于对太阳能组件进行固定及保护。长期使用后,会有泥土污渍残留在太阳能组件下边缘的边框处,无法彻底清洁,长期下去,不仅会影响太阳能组件的发电效率,也会减少其寿命。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种便于清洁的太阳能模组。
一种太阳能模组,包括一太阳能组件及围设于太阳能组件周缘的若干边框,每一边框设有一支撑板及一扣板,支撑板及扣板之间形成一间隙用于卡置太阳能组件,固定太阳能组件下边缘的边框的扣板开设至少一与所述间隙贯通的排污槽。
相较现有技术,本发明太阳能模组利用排污槽使太阳能组件上的泥土污渍流出,不会长期堆积于太阳能组件下边缘的边框处,便于清洁。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,本发明太阳能模组的较佳实施方式包括一长方形的太阳能组件10、四边框20及四个L形连接件30。在本实施方式中,太阳能组件10呈长方形,四边框20包括两相对的长边框及两相对的与长边框结构相同的短边框20,以包覆该太阳能组件10。在其它实施方式中,四边框20长度相同,以包覆一正方形的太阳能组件。
每一边框20包括一外侧板21及一与外侧板平行的内侧板23。外侧板21朝向内侧板23方向凸设平行的固定板211、支撑板212及扣板213。外侧板21、内侧板23、固定板211与支撑板212共同围成一容置腔25。支撑板212及扣板213之间形成一间隙214用于卡置太阳能组件10。固定板211与支撑板212平行相对并在相对的内表面上分别凸设一长条状的凸棱215。扣板213邻近每一端部处开设一与间隙214贯通的排污槽217。
连接件30包括垂直相交的两连接板31。
请一并参阅图3及图4,安装时,将太阳能组件10的四边分别夹置于边框20的间隙214内,每一连接件30的两连接板31分别卡置于相邻两边框20的容置腔25内,凸棱215分别抵接对应的连接板31的两侧,将四边框20组合成一方形的框体包裹于太阳能组件10的四周。太阳能模组10会被倾斜安置于一太阳能支架上,当清洗太阳能模组10或者下雨时,太阳能组件10上的泥土污渍会顺着排污槽217流出,不会长期堆积于太阳能组件10下边缘的边框20处。当边框20的长度较长时,可在边框20的扣板213上多开设几个排污槽217,便于泥土污渍更快流出。
本发明实施方式中,每一边框20都开设排污槽217。在其它实施方式中,可以仅在太阳能组件10下方的边框20上设置排污槽217。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能模组,包括一太阳能组件及围设于太阳能组件周缘的若干边框,每一边框设有一支撑板及一扣板,支撑板及扣板之间形成一间隙用于卡置太阳能组件,固定太阳能组件下边缘的边框的扣板开设至少一与所述间隙贯通的排污槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能模组,其特征在于:每一边框还包括一外侧板及一与外侧板平行的内侧板,外侧板朝向内侧板方向凸设一与支撑板平行的且远离扣板一侧的固定板,外侧板、内侧板、固定板与支撑板共同围成一容置腔,每两相邻的边框之间利用一L形连接件进行连接,连接件包括两分别卡置于容置腔内的连接板。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能模组,其特征在于:其余边框的扣板均开设一与对应间隙贯通的排污槽。
