Abstract

本发明公开一种安装在建筑框架上的光伏幕墙,包括至少两个光伏组件单元,相邻的两个光伏组件单元通过各自的电连接器相互电连接,每个光伏组件单元的电连接器包括公端和母端。其中,在所述建筑框架上形成有槽口,所述电连接器的公端或母端中的一个固定在所述建筑框架的槽口中;并且所述电连接器的公端或母端中的另一个与所述公端或母端中的一个可拆卸地插接在一起。与现有技术相比,在本发明的上述各个实施例中,只需要在建筑框架上开一些槽口,并将各个连接器安装在各自的槽口中,就可以方便地实现各个电连接器的拆装,从而能够方便地实现各个光伏组件单元之间的电连接。

Description

光伏幕墙
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑光伏一体化领域,尤其涉及一种安装在建筑框架上的光伏幕墙。
背景技术
随着光伏产业的的兴起,将光伏应用于建筑是未来发展的一种趋势,这就是建筑光伏一体化(BIPV,Building Integrated Photovoltaic)技术,例如光伏幕墙。
光伏幕墙作为建筑物的一部分,它安装的要求比普通光伏组件的安装要求高很多,难度也大很多,因为,光伏幕墙通常需要安装在高楼大厦上,安装高度较高且安装空间较小。因此,为了安装方便,将光伏幕墙做成方便拆卸的光伏组件单元,这样既方便了安装,同时也提高了安装精度。总的来说,建筑结构有一套用来承重的主体结构,例如建筑框架,众多的光伏组件单元会直接安装到主体结构上,形成一套完整的建筑光伏幕墙。然而各个独立的光伏组件单元需要相互电连接,才能形成一套完整的光伏系统。
但是,如何方便地实现各个光伏组件单元之间的电连接却变成一个急需解决的技术问题。
鉴于该技术问题,实有必要提出一种新的光伏幕墙解决方案,来方便地实现各个光伏组件单元之间的电连接。
发明内容
本发明提供一种光伏幕墙,其能够方便地实现各个光伏组件单元之间的电连接。
根据本发明的一个方面,其提供一种安装在建筑框架上的光伏幕墙,包括至少两个光伏组件单元,相邻的两个光伏组件单元通过各自的电连接器相互电连接,每个所述电连接器包括一个公端和一个母端,所述公端和母端可拆卸地插接在一起。其中,所述建筑框架包括一个槽口,所述电连接器的公端或母端中的一个固定在所述槽口中。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述电连接器的公端或母端中的一个通过螺纹连接件固定在所述槽口中。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述电连接器的公端或母端中的一个以卡扣的方式固定在所述槽口中。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述光伏幕墙包括至少一层光伏玻璃。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述光伏幕墙还包括至少一层普通玻璃,并且所述至少一层光伏玻璃设置在最外侧。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述光伏玻璃层和普通玻璃层均被夹持在所述建筑框架上。
与现有技术相比,在本发明的上述各个实施例中,只需要在建筑框架上开一些槽口,并将各个连接器安装在各自的槽口中,就可以方便地实现各个电连接器的拆装,从而能够方便地实现各个光伏组件单元之间的电连接。
通过下文中参照附图对本发明所作的描述,本发明的其它目的和优点将显而易见,并可帮助对本发明有全面的理解。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。在说明书中,相同或相似的附图标号指示相同或相似的部件。下述参照附图对本发明实施方式的说明旨在对本发明的总体发明构思进行解释,而不应当理解为对本发明的一种限制。
图1至图2显示根据本发明的一个实例性的实施例的光伏幕墙。
图1显示根据本发明的光伏幕墙的一个具体实施例。如图1所示,在本实施例中,仅显示了构成光伏幕墙的两个光伏组件单元:第一光伏组件单元和第二光伏组件单元。
具体地,如图1所示,在图示的实施例中,第一光伏组件单元包括第一连接器10和第一光伏玻璃71。类似地,第二光伏组件单元包括第二连接器20和第二光伏玻璃72。
如图1所示,第一连接器10通过线缆11与第一光伏玻璃71电连接。第二连接器20通过线缆21与第二光伏玻璃72电连接。同时,第一连接器10和第二连接器20通过线缆12相互电连接,从而实现第一光伏组件单元与第二光伏组件单元之间的电连接。
为了便于制造和安装,在本发明的一个实施例中,构成光伏幕墙的各个光伏组件单元的结构完全相同。但是,本发明不局限于该实施例,各个光伏组件单元的结构也可以不同。
图2显示图1中的第一光伏组件单元的第一连接器10安装在建筑框架30上一个具体实施例。
请参见图1和图2,在一个实施例中,建筑框架30上开设有一个与第一连接器10对应的槽口31,第一连接器10的母端10b固定在该槽口31中,第一连接器10的公端10a与公端10b可拆卸地插接在一起。在该实施例中,由于连接器10的母端10b固定在槽口31中,其位置固定不变,从而连接器10的公端10a能够方便地插接到公端10b中,实现两者的电连接,这就如同在计算机母板上插接跳线一样容易。
尽管在图示的实施例中,第一连接器10的母端10b固定在建筑框架30的槽口31中,但是本发明不局限于此,也可以是第一连接器10的公端10a固定在建筑框架30的槽口31中,而母端10b可自由地插接在公端10a中。
类似地,如图1所示,建筑框架30上还开设有一个与第二连接器20对应的槽口32,第二连接器20的母端20b固定在该槽口32中,第二连接器20的公端20a与母端20b可拆卸地插接在一起。
如图1所示,在一个实施例中,槽口31和32均开在建筑框架30朝内的后侧壁上,但是,本发明不局限于此,槽口31和32也可以开在建筑框架30的左侧壁或右侧壁上。
如图1和图2所示,第一连接器10的母端10b插入建筑框架30的槽口31中,并且第一连接器10的母端10b具有朝两侧延伸的固定板13,该固定板通过螺钉6等螺纹连接件固定在建筑框架30上,从而将第一连接器10的母端10b固定在建筑框架30的槽口31中。
请注意,第一连接器10的母端10b还可以通过其它适当的方式固定在建筑框架30的槽口31中,例如通过卡扣的方式,粘结的方式等。
尽管未图示,第二连接器20的母端20b也可以采用与第一连接器10的公端10b相类似的方式固定在建筑框架30的槽口32中。
请返回到图1,如图1所示,在一个实施例中,整个光伏幕墙从外至内依次包括三层玻璃:第一层为光伏玻璃层7,第二层为普通玻璃层8,第三层为普通玻璃层9。从而构成一种三层玻璃系统,这样能够提高隔音和隔热效果,更加利于节能。请注意,这里所提及的“光伏玻璃”是指一种能够采集光能并将光能转化成电能的装置,其本身已属于现有技术,因此,为了简洁起见,这里省略对它的详细说明。
但是,需要说明的是,光伏幕墙也可以包括两层或更多层光伏玻璃层。同样,光伏幕墙也可以包括一层、三层或更多层普通玻璃层。
如图1所示,光伏玻璃层7实际上是由第一光伏玻璃71、第二光伏玻璃72等多个光伏玻璃单元组装成。同样,普通玻璃层8、9也是由多个普通玻璃单元组装成。因此,在各个玻璃单元相互结合的结合处存在缝隙,如图1所示,因此外界污染物容易从该缝隙进入,导致玻璃变脏,模糊不清,而且,当外界风比较大时,进入缝隙的空气流容易产生噪声。因此,在图1所示的一个实施例中,采用弹性密封材料4、5密封该缝隙。
请继续参见图1,在图1所示的一个实施例中,三层玻璃7、8、9均被夹持在建筑框架30上。但是,需要说明的是,三层玻璃7、8、9也可以利用粘结剂粘贴在建筑框架30上。
虽然结合附图对本发明进行了说明,但是附图中公开的实施例旨在对本发明的实施方式进行示例性说明,而不能理解为对本发明的一种限制。
虽然本总体发明构思的一些实施例已被显示和说明,本领域普通技术人员将理解,在不背离本总体发明构思的原则和精神的情况下,可对这些实施例做出改变,本发明的范围以权利要求和它们的等同物限定。应注意,措词“包括”不排除其它元件或步骤,措词“一”或“一个”不排除多个。另外,权利要求的任何元件标号不应理解为限制本发明的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种安装在建筑框架上的光伏幕墙,包括至少两个光伏组件单元,相邻的两个光伏组件单元通过各自的电连接器(10、20)相互电连接,每个所述电连接器(10)包括一个公端(10a)和一个母端(10b),所述公端(10a)和母端(10b)可拆卸地插接在一起,
其特征在于:
所述建筑框架(30)包括一个槽口(31),所述电连接器(10)的公端(10a)或母端(10b)中的一个固定在所述槽口(31)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏幕墙,其特征在于:所述电连接器的公端(10a)或母端(10b)中的一个通过螺纹连接件(6)固定在所述槽口(31)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光伏幕墙,其特征在于:所述电连接器的公端(10a)或母端(10b)中的一个以卡扣的方式固定在所述槽口(31)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光伏幕墙,其特征在于:所述光伏幕墙包括至少一层光伏玻璃(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光伏幕墙,其特征在于:所述光伏幕墙还包括至少一层普通玻璃(8、9),并且所述至少一层光伏玻璃(7)设置在最外侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的光伏幕墙,其特征在于:所述光伏玻璃层(7)和普通玻璃层(8、9)均被夹持在所述建筑框架(30)上。
