Abstract
【解決手段】ワークWの搬送経路の一部を構成する浮上搬送部兼表面処理部としての浮上搬送フレーム102にワークWが直接搬送されるため、ワークWの受け渡し用の接触式搬送ロボットアームを用いることなく、一連の製造工程における搬送経路上もしくは搬送経路に隣接して表面処理工程を行うことができる。

Description
図1乃至図6は本発明の一実施形態に係るスリットコータの斜視図で、ワークの搬送位置に応じて時系列で変化している状態を示している。尚、ワーク成形・加工処理システム全体は、ワークの種類や大きさ、成形・加工工場における敷地面積や敷地形状等によって任意に設計されるため、ここではその一部の配置例として図示する。
図12乃至図20は、本発明の一実施形態に係るスリットコータの斜視図で、ワークの搬送位置に応じて時系列で変化している状態を示している。尚、ワーク成形・加工処理システム全体は、ワークの種類や大きさ、成形・加工工場における敷地面積や敷地形状等によって任意に設計されるため、ここではその一部の配置例として図示する。

Claims (4)
- 搬送経路の一部を構成するように所定方向に圧力気体を噴射してワークを浮上搬送する浮上搬送部と、該浮上搬送部の搬送方向に沿って配置されワークを浮上搬送・停止する表面処理部と、該表面処理部の上方に配置された液体噴射装置をと備えていることを特徴とするスリットコータ。
- 前記浮上搬送部と前記表面処理部とが兼用されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリットコータ。
- 前記表面処理部は、ワークの停止状態を維持する処理部と、該処理部の上方に対して出没可能とされてワークを浮上搬送する櫛歯状の搬送部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスリットコータ。
- 前記処理部の上方を前記液体噴射装置が変位することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスリットコータ。
