Abstract
【解決手段】アモルファス鉄心を焼鈍する鉄心焼鈍炉において、炉体上部に熱源及びファン1を設置し、該炉体は、炉体の内側の隔壁で形成された炉内14と、該隔壁と炉体外側の外壁2Bとで形成された空間の二層構造を形成し、該ファンは前記炉体上部中央に設置し、前記ファンは、二層構造の炉内から熱風を取り込み、二層構造の外側へ熱風を送り、該炉体下部より炉内に入り、鉄心12を加熱して、熱風を循環させることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- アモルファス鉄心を焼鈍する鉄心焼鈍炉において、
炉体上部に熱源及びファンを設置し、
該炉体は、炉体の内側の隔壁で形成された炉内と、該隔壁と炉体外側の外壁とで形成された空間の二層構造を形成し、
該ファンは前記炉体上部中央に設置し、前記ファンは、二層構造の炉内から熱風を取り込み、二層構造の外側へ熱風を送り、該炉体下部より炉内に入り、鉄心を加熱して、熱風を循環させることを特徴とする鉄心焼鈍炉。 - 請求項1記載の鉄心焼鈍炉において、
前記熱源は、前記ファンの周囲の前記炉体上部側面に概等間隔に配置したことを特徴とする鉄心焼鈍炉。 - 請求項1記載の鉄心焼鈍炉において、
前記炉内下部には、孔を有した整流板を設けたことを特徴とする鉄心焼鈍炉。 - 請求項1記載の鉄心焼鈍炉において、
前記炉内下部に設けた整流板の上部に遮蔽板を設けたことを特徴とする鉄心焼鈍炉。 - 請求項1記載の鉄心焼鈍炉において、
前記二層構造の外側の循環路より炉内に熱風を送るルーバーを複数箇所前記隔壁に設けたことを特徴とする鉄心焼鈍炉。 - 請求項1記載の鉄心焼鈍炉において、
前記炉内の温度計測のため熱電対を設置し、温度情報により前記ファンの回転数を制御し、風量を変化させることを特徴とする鉄心焼鈍炉。 - 請求項1記載の鉄心焼鈍炉において、
前記鉄心の特性値及び応力の軽減のため、励磁電流が付加可能なことを特徴とする鉄心焼鈍炉。 - 請求項1記載の鉄心焼鈍炉において、
前記焼鈍炉内の上段、中段又は下段の鉄心の内部又は表面温度を計測し、それぞれの温度情報により、ファンの回転数、またはルーバーの開閉を制御し、前記炉内を均熱に熱処理することを特徴とする鉄心焼鈍炉。
