Claims (5)
- 等速自在継手の外側継手部材の開口端部に装着される大径部と、等速自在継手の内側継手部材から延びた軸部材に装着される小径部と、大径部と小径部との間に設けられ、少なくとも一つの山部及び谷部を有する蛇腹部とを備えた等速自在継手用ブーツにおいて、
蛇腹部の小径部側端部に、小径部と滑らかに連続し、且つ、外面がブーツの外部に曲率中心を有する円弧状に形成された接続部を設け、この接続部の外面の曲率半径が、蛇腹部の山部の外面の曲率半径よりも大きく設定され、且つ、接続部の任意の点における肉厚を接続部の大径部側端部における肉厚以上としたことを特徴とする等速自在継手用ブーツ。 - 蛇腹部に、隣り合う山部と谷部とを連結する斜辺部を設けると共に、最も小径部側の山部と接続部との間に立ち上がり部を設け、立ち上がり部の肉厚をt0、蛇腹部の最も小径部側の山部の肉厚をt1、その山部と隣り合う谷部とを連結する斜辺部の肉厚をt2としたとき、

を同時に満たす請求項1記載の等速自在継手用ブーツ。 - 接続部の内面に、ブーツの内部に曲率中心を持つ円弧面を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の等速自在継手用ブーツ。
- 接続部の内面に形成した円弧面の曲率半径を、接続部の外面の曲率半径以上としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の等速自在継手用ブーツ。
- 小径部のうち、軸部材に固定される固定部の蛇腹部側に筒状部を設け、この筒状部の平均肉厚をその軸方向寸法よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の等速自在継手用ブーツ。
