Abstract
【課題】 レーザー溶着作業における作業時間を短縮化した上でレンズとレンズ保持部材との間の位置精度の向上を図る。
【解決手段】 樹脂材料によって形成されたレンズ6と樹脂材料によって形成されレンズを保持するレンズ保持部材7とがレーザー溶着によって接合された車輌用灯具1において、レンズを保持するレンズ保持部材にレンズの外周部が接合される接合用環状部10aを設け、該接合用環状部に、レンズ側に突出され周方向に離隔して位置する複数の溶着部12、12、12と、レンズ側に突出され周方向に離隔して位置し溶着されたレンズの外周部に接する複数のストッパー部13、13、13とを設けた。

Claims (5)
- 樹脂材料によって形成されたレンズと樹脂材料によって形成されレンズを保持するレンズ保持部材とを備えレンズとレンズ保持部材がレーザー溶着によって接合された車輌用灯具であって、
レンズ保持部材にレンズの外周部が接合される接合用環状部を設け、
該接合用環状部に、レンズ側に突出され周方向に離隔して位置する複数の溶着部と、レンズ側に突出され周方向に離隔して位置し溶着されたレンズの外周部に接する複数のストッパー部とを設けた
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具。 - 上記レンズ保持部材の溶着部とストッパー部を周方向において交互に離隔して設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具。 - 上記レンズ保持部材の溶着部にレンズ側を向き該レンズに接合される溶着面を形成し、
該溶着面における少なくとも外周部の一部を除いた部分にレーザー光を照射するようにした
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輌用灯具。 - レンズ成形時に溶融樹脂の充填口となるゲートの痕跡としてレンズに形成されるゲート痕に対向して、接合用環状部にゲート痕側に開口された凹部を形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の車輌用灯具。 - 接合用環状部の周方向において上記凹部の両側の近傍の位置にもそれぞれ溶着部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車輌用灯具。
