Abstract
【解決手段】 車両用灯具1において、レンズ2の周縁にフランジ部2aを設け、シェード3の端面に溶着部5、ダボ6、ピン7を突設する。フランジ部2aを透過したレーザー光で溶着部5を溶融させ、ダボ6によりレンズ2を光軸方向に位置決めし、溶着部5の溶融樹脂でレンズ2をシェード3に溶接する。溶着部5と重なる部位のフランジ部2aに透明部10を設け、溶着部5と重ならない部位のフランジ部2aに拡散部11を設ける。拡散部11は溶着部5から外れたレーザー光を拡散し、溶着部5の両端から焦げや未溶融部を解消する。

Description
(a)図5に示すように、溶着部5と重ならない範囲のフランジ部2aにおいて、拡散部11を透明部10の両側に部分的に形成し、拡散部11により溶着部5の両端外側部位を遮蔽すること。
(c)拡散部11をアルミ蒸着によりフランジ部2aの表面または裏面に形成すること。
(d)溶着部5、ダボ6、ピン7の個数や円周方向位置を適宜変更すること。
(e)本発明をレンズ2とシェード3のレーザー溶接の他に、車両用灯具の前面カバーとランプボディのレーザー溶接に利用すること。
(f)その他、本発明を各種の透明および不透明樹脂成形品のレーザー溶接に応用すること。

Claims (5)
- 第1樹脂成形品を透過したレーザー光によって第2樹脂成形品の溶着部を溶融し、溶融樹脂により第1および第2樹脂成形品を溶接するレーザー溶接構造において、
前記第2樹脂成形品の溶着部と重ならない部位の第1樹脂成形品に、少なくとも一部のレーザー光を拡散する拡散部を設けたことを特徴とするレーザー溶接構造。 - 前記第1樹脂成形品がレーザー光透過性樹脂で成形されたレンズを含み、前記第2樹脂成形品がレーザー光吸収性樹脂で成形されたシェードを含み、シェードの端面にレンズを光軸方向に位置決めするダボを突設した請求項1記載のレーザー溶接構造。
- 前記レンズにシェードの端面と接合するフランジ部を形成し、シェードの端面に前記溶着部をダボよりも高く突出するように形成し、溶着部と重ならない部位のフランジ部に前記拡散部を設けた請求項2記載のレーザー溶接構造。
- 前記溶着部と重なる部位のフランジ部に透明部を形成し、シェードの端面に透明部をレンズの光軸周りで溶着部に位置決めするピンを突設した請求項3記載のレーザー溶接構造。
- 前記溶着部の両端に5°以上の型抜き角を設定した請求項3または4記載のレーザー溶接構造。
