Abstract

本发明提供一种透镜与遮光部件的激光焊接结构,即使在激光产生照射偏差的情况下,在熔敷部的两端也不产生烧焦和未熔化部。车辆用灯具(1)在透镜(2)的周边缘设置凸缘部(2a),在遮光部件(3)的端面突出设置熔敷部(5)、榫销(6)、销(7)。用透过凸缘部(2a)的激光来熔化熔敷部(5),利用榫销(6)把透镜(2)在光轴方向定位,用熔敷部(5)的熔化树脂把透镜(2)与遮光部件(3)焊接。在与熔敷部(5)重叠的部位的凸缘部(2a)设置透明部(10),在与熔敷部(5)不重叠的部位的凸缘部(2a)设置扩散部(11)。扩散部(11)把从熔敷部(5)偏离的激光扩散,从熔敷部(5)的两端消除烧焦和未熔化部。

Description

激光焊接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及使用激光把两个树脂成形品焊接的结构。
背景技术
现有,知道有利用激光来把车辆用灯具的透镜和遮光部件焊接的结构。例如图6所示的车辆用灯具51把透明的透镜52和不透明的遮光部件53接合,利用透射透镜52的凸缘部52a的激光把遮光部件53的熔敷部54熔化,用熔敷部54的熔化树脂把透镜52向遮光部件53焊接。
如图7(a)所示,在遮光部件53的端面突出设置有把透镜52向光轴方向定位的榫销56。且如图7(b)所示,用从激光焊接机LW照射的激光LB把熔敷部54熔化,使榫销56与凸缘部52a抵接以防止透镜52沉下。且专利文献1记载有使用榫销56的激光焊接结构。

但如图7(c)所示,根据现有的激光焊接结构而在激光LB从熔敷部54偏离的情况下,有时熔敷部54的一端侧在遮光部件53产生烧焦57,而在熔敷部54的另一端侧残留有未熔化部58。且由于熔敷部54的两端54a(参照图7a)从遮光部件53的端面大致成直角地立起,所以从熔敷部54偏离的激光LB直接照射遮光部件53的端面,有烧焦57容易扩散的问题点。
特别是透镜52与遮光部件53的激光焊接时在不是整个熔敷部54熔化的情况下,未熔化部58与凸缘部52a抵接,榫销56的功能消失,透镜52的焦距产生偏差。虽然通过提高激光的照射精度就使烧焦57和未熔化部58不易产生,但为此就需要严格管理焊接工序,产生增加工时等其他问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种激光焊接结构,即使不那样地高精度照射激光,也能够从熔敷部的两端消除烧焦和未熔化部。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的激光焊接结构利用透射第一树脂成形品的激光使第二树脂成形品的熔敷部熔化,由熔化树脂来把第一和第二树脂成形品焊接,其中,提供下面的机构。
(1)在与第二树脂成形品的熔敷部不重叠的部位的第一树脂成形品设置至少把一部分激光扩散的扩散部。
(2)是在(1)记载的激光焊接结构中,第一树脂成形品包括由激光透射性树脂成形的透镜,第二树脂成形品包括由激光吸收性树脂成形的遮光部件,在遮光部件的端面突出设置有把透镜向光轴方向定位的榫销。
(3)是在(2)记载的激光焊接结构中,在透镜形成有与遮光部件的端面接合的凸缘部,在遮光部件的端面把熔敷部形成得比榫销高地突出,在与熔敷部不重叠的部位的凸缘部设置扩散部。
(4)是在(3)记载的激光焊接结构中,在与熔敷部重叠的部位的凸缘部形成透明部,在遮光部件的端面突出设置有在透镜的光轴周围把透明部向熔敷部定位的销。
(5)是在(3)或(4)记载的激光焊接结构中,在熔敷部的两端设定5°以上的拔模角。
根据本发明的激光焊接结构,由于第一树脂成形品的扩散部在与熔敷部不重叠的部位把第二树脂成形品遮挡,所以由于照射偏差而从熔敷部偏离的激光以被扩散部扩散的状态到达第二树脂成形品,激光的能量密度在与熔敷部邻接的部位减少。因此,即使激光的照射精度不那样地高,也能够从熔敷部的两端消除烧焦和未熔化部,有工序管理容易的效果。

具体实施方式
以下,按照附图说明把本发明在车辆用灯具具体化的一实施例。图1所示的车辆用灯具1具备:作为第一树脂成形品的透镜2和作为第二树脂成形品的遮光部件3,在遮光部件3的内侧收容有光源4。
透镜2由透射激光的透明树脂材料成形,在周边缘一体设置有圆形的凸缘部2a。遮光部件3由吸收激光的不透明树脂材料成形,在内面覆盖有反射膜3a。
遮光部件3的端面被形成与凸缘部2a同样大小的圆环状,在端面圆周方向的四个部位突出设置有熔敷部5,在熔敷部5的两端设定有约5°或其以上的拔模角θ(参照图4a)。在与熔敷部5不同的位置突出设置有四个榫销6和两个销7,通过使销7与凸缘部2a的缺口8嵌合而把透镜2在圆周方向定位。
且如图2(a)所示,把熔敷部5形成得比榫销6突出得高(H5>H6),如图2(b)所示,由透过凸缘部2a的激光LB把熔敷部5熔化,榫销6把透镜2在光轴方向定位,利用熔敷部5的熔化树脂9把透镜2向遮光部件3焊接。
如图3所示,在与遮光部件3的熔敷部5重叠的部位的凸缘部2a设置有透射激光LB的透明部10,利用销7而在透镜2的光轴周围向熔敷部5定位。在与熔敷部5不重叠的部位的凸缘部2a设置有扩散激光LB的扩散部11。扩散部11是对与遮光部件3相反侧的凸缘部2a表面进行皱纹加工而形成。
上述结构的车辆用灯具1中,在对透镜2和遮光部件3进行激光焊接时,首先如图4(a)所示,把透镜2的凸缘部2a与遮光部件3的熔敷部5进行接合。这时则如图2所示,由于销7与缺口8的嵌合而能够使凸缘部2a的透明部10正确地向遮光部件3的熔敷部5定位。
接着如图4(b)所示,从激光焊接机LW照射激光LB,利用透过透明部10的激光LB来把熔敷部5熔化。在利用遮光部件3上的榫销6来限制透镜2沉下的状态下,使熔敷部5的熔化树脂9固化,把透镜2向遮光部件3焊接。
这时,如图4(c)所示,由于凸缘部2a的扩散部11在与熔敷部5不重叠的部位把遮光部件3的端面遮挡,所以由于照射偏差而从熔敷部5偏离的激光LB以被扩散部11扩散的状态到达遮光部件3,激光LB的能量密度在与熔敷部5邻接的部位减少。因此,即使照射精度不那样地高,也能够从熔敷部5的两端消除烧焦和未熔化部,工序管理变容易。
由于在与透明部10重叠的范围,熔敷部5的整个区域被可靠地熔化,所以不会有未熔化部与凸缘部2a抵接,所有的榫销6发挥作用,能够正确地调出透镜2的焦距。且由于在熔敷部5的两端设定有大的拔模角θ,所以从熔敷部5偏离的激光LB被两端的倾斜部吸收,能够可靠地防止遮光部件3端面的烧焦。
本发明并不限定于上述实施例,如以下所例示的那样,在不脱离发明旨趣的范围而能够适当变更各部分结构地实施。
(a)如图5所示,在与熔敷部5不重叠范围的凸缘部2a中,把扩散部11部分地形成在透明部10的两侧,利用扩散部11来遮挡熔敷部5两端的外侧部位。
(b)把扩散部11通过皱纹加工而形成在凸缘部2a的背面。
(c)把扩散部11通过铝蒸镀而形成在凸缘部2a的表面或背面。
(d)适当变更熔敷部5、榫销6、销7的个数和圆周方向的位置。
(e)除了透镜2与遮光部件3的激光焊接之外,把本发明利用在车辆用灯具的前面罩与灯体的激光焊接。
(f)另外,把本发明应用在各种透明和不透明树脂成形品的激光焊接。

Claims (5)

1.一种激光焊接结构,利用透射第一树脂成形品的激光使第二树脂成形品的熔敷部熔化,由熔化树脂来把第一和第二树脂成形品焊接,其特征在于,
在与所述第二树脂成形品的熔敷部不重叠部位的第一树脂成形品设置至少把一部分激光扩散的扩散部。
2.如权利要求1所述的激光焊接结构,其中,所述第一树脂成形品包括由激光透射性树脂成形的透镜,所述第二树脂成形品包括由激光吸收性树脂成形的遮光部件,在遮光部件的端面突出设置有把透镜向光轴方向定位的榫销。
3.如权利要求2所述的激光焊接结构,其中,在所述透镜形成有与遮光部件的端面接合的凸缘部,在遮光部件的端面把所述熔敷部形成得比榫销高地突出,在与熔敷部不重叠的部位的凸缘部设置所述扩散部。
4.如权利要求3所述的激光焊接结构,其中,在与所述熔敷部重叠的部位的凸缘部形成透明部,在遮光部件的端面突出设置有在透镜的光轴周围把透明部向熔敷部定位的销。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的激光焊接结构,其中,在所述熔敷部的两端设定5°以上的拔模角。
