Abstract
【解決手段】 ハウジング3の周縁端部3aには、ハウジング周縁端部3aとレンズ2のシールリブ2aとの当接面Bより少なくとも灯室内の側に当接面Bに沿ってリブ3bが全周に亘り突設されていることで、溶着時に発生するバリがレンズ意匠面側から観察されてしまうことを防ぎ、課題を解決する。

Claims (3)
- レーザ光に対して吸光性を有する樹脂材料によって形成し前面に開口を有するハウジングと、レーザ光に対して透光性を有する樹脂材料によって形成し前記ハウジングの開口を覆うレンズとを該レンズの周縁端部に形成されたシールリブと前記ハウジングの周縁端部とを当接させた状態で当接面に対しレーザ光を照射することで、前記ハウジングとレンズとをレーザ溶着によって接合、一体化して灯室が形成された車両用灯具において、前記ハウジングの周縁端部には、該ハウジング周縁端部と前記レンズのシールリブとの当接面より少なくとも灯室内の側に前記当接面に沿ってリブが全周に亘り突設されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
- 前記ハウジングの周縁端部には、該ハウジング周縁端部と前記レンズのシールリブとの当接面の灯室内と灯室外の両側に前記当接面に沿ってリブが全周に亘り突設されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記ハウジングの周縁端部には、前記レンズのシールリブとの当接面に凸状の溶着部を全周に亘って形成すると共に、前記シールリブの高さと前記溶着部の高さの和は前記リブの高さより大きくなるように形成し、前記シールリブの高さと前記溶着部の高さの和と前記リブの高さとの差をレーザ溶着時の沈み込み量として、前記リブの高さを設定したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両用灯具。
