Abstract
【解決手段】車両灯具用ランプボディ10を、ポリカーボネ−ト樹脂(以下PCという)80〜50重量%とポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂(以下PTTという)20〜50重量%を主成分とし、PCとPTTの総重量に対し5〜10重量%の充填材を添加したPC/PTTアロイ材で構成する。PC/PTTアロイ材で構成したランプボディ10は、PC製レンズ12と熱溶着でき、PP製ランプボディと同程度の耐熱性,耐薬品性および曲げ剛性をもつので、レンズ12とランプボディ10を熱溶着工法で接合一体化でき、従来のホットメルト工法採用に伴う種々の問題を解決できる。

Claims (4)
- ポリカーボネ−ト樹脂とポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂を主成分とする樹脂アロイ材で構成されたことを特徴とする車両灯具用ランプボディ。
- 前記樹脂アロイ材は、ポリカーボネート樹脂が80〜50重量%、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂が20〜50重量%の配合比で、ポリカーボネート樹脂とポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂の総重量に対し5〜10重量%の充填材が添加されて構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両灯具用ランプボディ。
- 前面側の開口する請求項1に記載のランプボディと、前記ランプボディの前面開口部を覆う、ポリカーボネ−ト樹脂で構成された前面レンズとを備え、前記ランプボディの前面開口部の周縁部と前記前面レンズの周縁部との付き合わせ部が熱溶着されたことを特徴とする車両灯具用。
- 前記付き合わせ部は、前記ランプボディの前面開口部の外側に周設されたフランジ部と、前記前面レンズ周縁に周設されたシール脚の先端部で構成され、前記フランジ部は、前記シール脚と直交する方向に対し後方に傾斜して延出する構造で、前記付き合わせ部がレーザー溶着工法により熱溶着されたことを特徴とする車両灯具用。
