Abstract
【解決手段】光源5等を収容するハウジング2と該ハウジングの前面を閉塞する透明カバー3とを該透明カバーをハウジングに対して圧着した状態で光線溶着によって接合した車輌用灯具1であって、前記透明カバーの前面32は湾曲していて、少なくとも一つの断面において両端部の前面が互いに異なる角度で傾斜しており、前記透明カバーの後面には全周に亘ってハウジングと溶着される溶着面31が形成され、前記溶着面は、該溶着面に対応した前面に対して傾斜されることによって、透明カバーのハウジングに対する圧着方向(矢印Fd)に対して前記前面より垂直に近い傾斜とされた。

Claims (5)
- 光源等を収容するハウジングと該ハウジングの前面を閉塞する透明カバーとを該透明カバーをハウジングに対して圧着した状態で光線溶着によって接合した車輌用灯具であって、
前記透明カバーの前面は湾曲していて、少なくとも一つの断面において両端部の前面が互いに異なる角度で傾斜しており、
前記透明カバーの後面には全周に亘ってハウジングと溶着される溶着面が形成され、
前記溶着面は、該溶着面に対応した前面に対して傾斜されることによって、透明カバーのハウジングに対する圧着方向に対して前記前面より垂直に近い傾斜とされた
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具。 - 前記透明カバーの照明光透過部と溶着面との間に中間面が形成され、該中間面は溶着光線が入射した場合に、該溶着光線に対して臨界角を超える角度となるように傾斜している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具。 - 前記透明カバーの溶着面が形成された部分の最大肉厚は4.5mm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輌用灯具。 - 光源等を収容するハウジングと該ハウジングの前面を閉塞し前面が湾曲している透明カバーとを光線溶着によって接合する車輌用灯具の製造方法であって、
透明カバーにハウジングに対する圧着力を加えて、透明カバーの後面の全周に亘って形成された溶着面をハウジングに対して密着状態とし、該溶着面に透明カバーを透過させて溶着光線を照射する工程を有し、
透明カバーの前記溶着面と該溶着面に対応した前面とは異なる角度で傾斜しており、上記圧着力を、透明カバーの溶着面に対応した前面より溶着面に対してより垂直に近い方向から加える
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具の製造方法。 - 前記透明カバーの溶着面が形成された部分の最大肉厚は4.5mm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車輌用灯具の製造方法。
