Abstract
【解決手段】 前方に向かって開口した凹部11を有するハウジング10と該ハウジングの前面開口を覆うレンズ20とがレーザ溶着によって一体化されており、上記ハウジングは有彩色の熱可塑性樹脂によって形成されており、上記有彩色熱可塑性樹脂には0.01〜0.1%のカーボンが含有されている車輌用灯具1。

Claims (3)
- 前方に向かって開口した凹部を有するハウジングと該ハウジングの前面開口を覆うレンズとがレーザ溶着によって一体化された車輌用灯具において、
上記ハウジングは有彩色の熱可塑性樹脂によって形成されており、
上記有彩色熱可塑性樹脂には0.01〜0.1%のカーボンが含有されている
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具。 - 上記ハウジングは上記凹部の開口部周縁部に溶着部を有し、
上記凹部の内面には反射面とする表面処理が施され、
上記溶着部には表面処理が施されていない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具。 - 上記レンズは上記ハウジングの材料である有彩色熱可塑性樹脂と同系色の有色透明熱可塑性樹脂で形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輌用灯具。
