Abstract
【解決手段】 車輌用灯具のハウジングと透明カバーとを光線照射により溶着する光線溶着装置1で、光線透過部5aを有し、ハウジング2の溶着部2aの上に透明カバー3の溶着部3aを重ねて配置した状態で透明カバーの上に配置されて透明カバーをハウジング側に押し付けるカバー固定治具5と、上記光線透過部及び透明カバーを透過してハウジングの溶着部に光線8を照射してハウジングの溶着部を励起発熱させる光線照射部4とを備え、上記光線透過部には上記光線照射部からハウジングの溶着部に向けて照射される光線のうち不要な光束8bを遮蔽する遮蔽部6が形成されている。

Claims (6)
- 車輌用灯具のハウジングと透明カバーとを光線照射により溶着する光線溶着装置であって、
光線透過部を有し、ハウジングの溶着部の上に透明カバーの溶着部を重ねて配置した状態で透明カバーの上に配置されて透明カバーをハウジング側に押し付けるカバー固定治具と、
上記光線透過部及び透明カバーを透過してハウジングの溶着部に光線を照射してハウジングの溶着部を励起発熱させる光線照射部とを備え、
上記光線透過部には上記光線照射部からハウジングの溶着部に向けて照射される光線のうち不要な光束を遮蔽する遮蔽部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする光線溶着装置。 - 上記遮蔽部はカバー固定治具の上面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光線溶着装置。 - 上記遮蔽部は光線を透過させる領域の両側に沿って配置されており、
上記光線照射部の位置及び姿勢を制御するロボットを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光線溶着装置。 - 車輌用灯具のハウジングと透明カバーとを光線照射により溶着する光線溶着方法であって、
ハウジングの溶着部の上に透明カバーの溶着部を重ねて配置し、さらに、透明カバーの上に光線透過部を備えたカバー固定治具を配置して該カバー固定治具によって上記透明カバーをハウジング側に押し付ける工程と、
上記カバー固定治具の光線透過部及び透明カバーを透過させてハウジングの溶着部に光線を照射し、該光線の照射によってハウジングの溶着部を励起発熱させ、該発熱によって透明カバーの溶着部も発熱させて、上記2つの溶着部を相溶状態として接合させる工程とを備え、
上記ハウジングの溶着部へは、上記光線照射部から照射された光線のうち上記光線透過部に形成された遮蔽部によって不要な光束が遮蔽された残りの光線が照射される
ことを特徴とする光線溶着方法。 - 上記遮蔽部はカバー固定治具の上面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光線溶着方法。 - 上記遮蔽部は光線を透過させる領域の両側に沿って配置されており、
上記光線照射部はロボットによってその位置及び姿勢を制御される
ことを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の光線溶着方法。
