Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。図1は、本実施形態にかかるレーザ溶着方法による溶着対象となるケース1および蓋2の断面構造を示したものであり、図1(a)は、ケース1および蓋2の全体構成を示した断面図、図1(b)は、図1(a)における二点鎖線部分を拡大してレーザ溶着の様子を示した図である。また、図2(a)は、本実施形態にかかるレーザ溶着方法を実施する際に用いる押え部材3の上面図、図2(b)は、図2(a)に示す押え部材3を用いて蓋2を押えている様子を示した断面図である。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1実施形態で用いた梁3eを他のものに代えて結合部材3cを構成したものである。その他の部分に関しては、第1実施形態と同様である。
本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第2実施形態で用いた透明板3fを加工して結合部材3cの形状を変えたものである。その他の部分に関しては、第2実施形態と同様である。
本発明の第4実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第2または第3実施形態に対して、結合部材3cと中央押え部3bおよび端押え部3aとの接合構造を変更したものである。その他の部分に関しては、第2、第3実施形態と同様である。
本発明の第5実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第4実施形態で示したボルト固定を結合部材3cと端押え部3aとの接合に適用したものである。その他の部分に関しては、第2、第3実施形態と同様である。
本発明の第6実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第5実施形態と同様に、結合部材3cと端押え部3aとの接合をボルト固定により行うが、ボルト固定を押え板を介して行うようにし、かつ、端押え部3aと透明板3fとの間に弾性部材を配置したものである。その他の部分に関しては、第5実施形態と同様である。
本発明の第7実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第6実施形態と同様に、結合部材3cと端押え部3aとの接合をボルト固定により行い、ボルト固定を押え板を介して行うようにし、かつ、端押え部3aと透明板3fとの間に弾性部材を配置したものであるが、第6実施形態に対してボルト固定の方向性を変更したものである。
本発明の第8実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1〜第3実施形態に対して中央押え部3bのうち蓋2と接する部分の形状を変更したものである。
本発明の第9実施形態について説明する。本実施形態も、第1〜第3実施形態に対して中央押え部3bのうち蓋2と接する部分の形状を変更したものである。
本発明の第10実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1〜第3実施形態に対して中央押え部3bの側壁面の形状を変更したものである。
本発明の第11実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1〜第10実施形態に対してレーザ溶着プロセスを変更したものである。
本発明の第12実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、上記各実施形態と異なり、一枚の透明板3fにて中央押え部3bと端押え部3aを構成するものである。
上記第1実施形態では、ケース1や蓋2の形状の一例を示したが、これらの形状は任意である。

Claims (14)
- レーザ照射装置(4)にてレーザ光(4b)を照射することにより、蓋(2)をケース(1)に配置したのち、前記蓋(2)の中央部の周囲に位置する外縁部と前記ケース(1)の外縁部とをレーザ溶着するレーザ溶着方法であって、
前記蓋(2)の前記外縁部と対応する形状で構成され、前記蓋(2)の前記外縁部を押える端押え部(3a)と、該端押え部(3a)よりも内側に配置され、前記蓋(2)の前記中央部を押える中央押え部(3b)とを有し、前記端押え部(3a)および前記中央押え部(3b)が結合部材(3c)を介して一体とされ、かつ、前記端押え部(3a)および前記中央押え部(3b)にて前記蓋を押える際に、前記端押え部(3a)と前記中央押え部(3b)の間において前記蓋(2)から5mm以上の距離の空間を構成する押え部材(3)を用意し、前記レーザ溶着を行う場所と該押え部材(3)における前記端押え部(3a)と前記中央押え部(3b)の間に形成される前記空間とを一致させ、該空間を通じて前記レーザ溶着を行うことを特徴とするレーザ溶着方法。 - 前記端押え部(3a)と前記中央押え部(3b)の間が前記結合部材(3c)を構成する梁(3e)で結合されるようにし、前記端押え部(3a)および前記中央押え部(3b)にて前記蓋を押える際に、前記梁(3e)が前記蓋(2)から5mm以上間隔が空く位置に配置されるようにすると共に、前記レーザ溶着の際には、前記梁(3e)を回り込むように前記レーザ光(4b)を照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記端押え部(3a)に前記中央押え部(3b)よりも一回り大きな穴部(3d)を形成し、該穴部(3d)内に前記中央押え部(3b)を配置すると共に、前記端押え部(3a)および前記中央押え部(3b)の一面に前記結合部材(3c)を構成する透明板(3f)を配置し、該透明板(3f)を介して前記端押え部(3a)と前記中央押え部(3b)が結合されるようにし、前記レーザ溶着の際には、前記透明板(3f)を透過させて前記レーザ光(4b)を照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記透明板(3f)に対して、前記端押え部(3a)と前記中央押え部(3b)との間の隙間と対応する場所に切り欠き(3g)を設け、前記透明板(3f)の一部を支持部として残すことで前記端押え部(3a)と前記中央押え部(3b)とを結合する構成とすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記透明板(3f)を前記中央押え部(3b)に接着剤(5)またはボルト(6)を用いて固定することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記透明板(3f)を前記端押え部(3a)に接着剤(5)またはボルト(7)を用いて固定することを特徴とする請求項3ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記透明板(3f)の外延部を囲む枠状の保持板(8)を用意し、該保持板(8)にて前記透明板(3f)の外縁を押さえつつ、前記保持板(8)および前記端押え部(3a)とを前記ボルト(7)にて固定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記透明板(3f)と前記端押え部(3a)との間に弾性部材(9)を配置することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記透明板(3f)として、該透明板(3f)の厚み方向においてレーザ光(4b)の屈折率が変わるものを用いることを特徴とする請求項3ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記透明板(3f)をレーザ光(4b)の屈折率が異なる複数層の積層構造により形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記中央押え部(3b)に対して、該中央押え部(3b)における前記蓋(2)を押える側の面のうちの外縁部に突起部(3j)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記中央押え部(3b)に対して、該中央押え部(3b)における前記蓋(2)を押える側の面のうちの中央部に突起部(3k)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記端押え部(3a)のうち前記中央押え部(3b)と対向する内壁面と、前記中央押え部(3b)のうち前記端押え部(3a)と対向する側壁面の少なくとも一方を、前記レーザ光(4b)の照射方向に沿って前記端押え部(3a)と前記中央押え部(3b)の間の距離を短くするようなテーパ状とすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか1つに記載のレーザ溶着方法。
- 前記レーザ溶着時に、前記端押え部(3a)と前記中央押え部(3b)の間の隙間にガスを流動させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれか1つに記載のレーザ溶着方法。
