Description
Claims (3)
- レンズとハウジングとがレーザー溶着によって接合される車輌用灯具の製造方法であって、
レンズ及びハウジングはそれぞれ溶着部を備え、
レンズ及び/又はハウジングの溶着部の少なくとも一部を加熱して軟化させる予備加熱工程と、
レンズの溶着部とハウジングの溶着部とを接触させる工程と、
レンズの溶着部とハウジングの溶着部とをレーザー溶着する工程とを備え、
上記予備加熱工程は上記溶着部と非接触の状態で行われ、
加熱体の伝熱端は加熱体から突出させた突条部の先端に設けられ、上記溶着部の溶着面の形状に適合するように成形された
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具の製造方法。 - レンズの溶着部とハウジングの溶着部とを接触させる工程において、一方を加圧してレンズの溶着部とハウジングの溶着部とを圧着させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具の製造方法。 - 上記予備加熱工程は通電発熱体によって成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輌用灯具の製造方法。
