Abstract
【課題】 透光カバーとランプハウジングの溶着による良好な結合状態を確保する。
【解決手段】 透光カバー3に設けられた溶着部8の溶着面9がランプハウジング2に形成された被溶着面2aに押し付けられた状態で溶着ヘッド100から溶着部に対してレーザ光Rが照射され透光カバーとランプハウジングが溶着によって結合され、溶着ヘッドは溶着面に沿って移動されると共に移動時に溶着面の向きに応じて角度が変動され、溶着ヘッドの移動方向において隣接する領域における溶着面の向きの角度変化量が0.5°/mm以下にされた。これにより溶着部の全体においてレーザ光が溶着面に対して一定の角度の範囲で入射されるように溶着ヘッドの角度が変動され、透光カバーとランプハウジングの溶着による良好な結合状態を確保することができる。

Claims (4)
- 透光カバーに設けられた溶着部の溶着面がランプハウジングに形成された被溶着面に押し付けられた状態で溶着ヘッドから前記溶着部に対してレーザ光が照射され前記透光カバーと前記ランプハウジングが溶着によって結合された車輌用灯具であって、
前記溶着ヘッドは前記溶着面に沿って移動されると共に移動時に前記溶着面の向きに応じて角度が変動され、
前記溶着ヘッドの移動方向において隣接する領域における前記溶着面の向きの角度変化量が0.5°/mm以下にされた
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具。 - 前記溶着ヘッドの移動方向において隣接する領域における前記溶着面の前記移動方向と直交する向きの角度変化量が0.5°/mm以下にされた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具。 - 前記溶着面の少なくとも一部が前記溶着部における前記溶着面の反対側の面である外表面に対して傾斜されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輌用灯具。 - 前記透光カバーが射出成形により樹脂材料によって形成され、
前記透光カバーの外周部を前記ランプハウジングとの溶着が行われない非溶着部として設け、
前記溶着部を前記非溶着部の内周側に前記非溶着部に連続して設け、
前記溶着部における前記非溶着部側の一端の厚みをXとし、
前記溶着部における他端の厚みをYとし、
前記非溶着部における最大の厚みをZとしたときに、
前記厚みXが前記厚みY及び前記最大の厚みZより小さくなるようにした
ことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の車輌用灯具。
