Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の自動変速装置は、シフトフィンガ70a〜70cを目標変速段に対応するシフトラグ65a〜65dに係合させシフト方向へ変位させることで目標変速段を達成させるシフト・セレクト機構67とは別に、シフトフォークをニュートラル位置で規制可能なラグロック部88a〜88cをもち、該ラグロック部をシフトフィンガのセレクト方向の動きに追従して変位させ、目標変速段とは異なるシフトフォークのシフトラグに係合させることで目標変速段と異なるシフトフォークをニュートラル位置に規制させた。同構成により、シフトフィンガのシフト方向の動きに影響されずに、目標変速段とは異なるシフトフォークをニュートラル位置に規制させる。

Claims (7)
- 変速段切換用の複数のシフトフォークと、
前記各シフトフォークのそれぞれに設けられ列状に配列された複数のシフトラグと、
前記複数のシフトラグのうちの1つに係合し対応するシフトフォークをシフト位置へ変位させるシフトフィンガと、
前記シフトラグの列に沿って延設され、前記シフトフィンガをセレクト方向へ変位可能に支持し、該シフトフィンガを前記複数のシフトラグの1つと選択的に係合可能するセレクト軸と
を有する同期噛み合い式自動変速装置において、
前記シフトフィンガとは別に前記シフトラグに係合して前記シフトフォークをニュートラル位置で規制可能とするラグロック部を更に有し、
前記シフトフィンガを目標変速段に対応するシフトフォークのシフトラグに係合させ該シフトフォークをシフト方向へ変位させることで目標変速段を達成させるシフト・セレクト機構と、
前記シフトフィンガのセレクト方向の動きに追従して前記ラグロック部を変位させ前記目標変速段とは異なるシフトフォークのシフトラグに係合させることで該目標変速段と異なるシフトフォークをニュートラル位置に規制するインタロック機構とを有する
ことを特徴とする同期噛み合い式自動変速装置。 - 請求項1に記載の同期噛み合い式自動変速装置であって、
前記ラグロック部は、前記セレクト軸と略平行に延設したインタロック軸に設けられる
ことを特徴とする同期噛み合い式自動変速装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の同期噛み合い式自動変速装置であって、
前記インタロック機構は、前記ラグロック部を前記目標変速段以外の全てのシフトフォークのシフトラグに係合させる
ことを特徴とする同期噛み合い式自動変速装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の同期噛み合い式自動変速装置であって、
エンジンからの動力を選択的に入力可能とする複数の入力軸に所定の変速段グループに分けて各変速段の駆動ギヤを設けたツインクラッチ変速機構を備え、
前記インタロック機構は、前記ラグロック部を前記目標変速段と同じグループであって該目標変速段とは異なるシフトフォークのシフトラグに係合させる
ことを特徴とする同期噛み合い式自動変速装置。 - 請求項3に記載の同期噛み合い式自動変速装置であって、
エンジンからの動力を選択的に入力可能とする複数の入力軸に所定の変速段グループに分けて各変速段の駆動ギヤを設けたツインクラッチ変速機構を備え、
前記インタロック機構は、前記ラグロック部を前記目標変速段と同じグループであって該目標変速段以外の全てのシフトフォークのシフトラグに係合させる
ことを特徴とする同期噛み合い式自動変速装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一つに記載の同期噛み合い式自動変速装置であって、
前記シフトラグは、溝部を有したラグ部材から構成され、これらラグ部材が互いに溝部同士が向き合う姿勢で直列に並び、
前記ラグロック部は、前記目標変速段のシフトラグに前記シフトフィンガが配置されると、該目標変速段とは異なるシフトフォークのシフトラグの溝部内に止まる平板状の駒体と、該駒体のセレクト方向両側の端面に形成され、シフトラグがシフト状態にあるとき、同シフトラグをニュートラル位置へ戻すテーパ面とを有して構成してある
ことを特徴とする同期噛み合い式自動変速装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに一つに記載の同期噛み合い式自動変速装置であって、
前記シフトラグは、溝部を有したラグ部材から構成され、これらラグ部材が互いに溝部同士が向き合う姿勢で直列に並び、
前記ラグロック部は、前記目標変速段のシフトラグに前記シフトフィンガが配置されると、該目標変速段とは異なるシフトフォークのシフトラグの溝部内に止まる駒体と、該駒体のセレクト方向両側の端部に形成され、シフトラグがシフト状態にあるとき、同シフトラグをニュートラル位置へ戻す円錐面とを有して構成してある
ことを特徴とする同期噛み合い式自動変速装置。
