Abstract
【解決手段】燃料は、先行噴射及び主噴射の形で、数個の噴射口を備えた噴射ノズルによって、作動室に直接噴射される。燃焼室の壁面の湿潤を最小限にするために、主噴射中にインジェクター内に広がる燃料圧力は、先行噴射中より高い。燃料の先行噴射量の最適な均質化は、燃料粒子の霧化の最大化及び計時先行噴射中の燃料ジェットの噴霧分散の拡大と同時に、噴射燃料ジェットの範囲を限定することで得られる。

Description
Kurbelwinkel(独語)、クランク角)の圧縮行程範囲において、2〜7回発生する計時と共に行われる。計時動作の回数及び初回部分量の噴射時間は、負荷の関数として変動し得る。
Claims (13)
- 自己着火内燃ピストン機関において使用する噴射ノズルであって、
前記噴射ノズルは、ニードル弁と噴射口を有し、前記噴射ノズルは、燃料を複数回の一定範囲の燃料ジェットとして直接燃焼室に噴射し、噴射サイクルで噴射される燃料の一部は圧縮サイクル中に複数回の計時先行噴射として部分量を各々噴射し、残りの前記燃料をその後前記先行噴射中より高い噴射圧で前記燃焼室に主噴射として噴射し、
前記燃焼室内の前記燃料ジェットの前記範囲が、前記計時先行噴射の各部分量に関して、前記範囲が前記燃焼室の境界までの距離よりいくらか短くなる程度の効力に制限され、前記噴射燃料ジェットの分散を強化するよう、前記先行噴射を計時し、
前記噴射ノズルは、複数の噴射口を有し、前記ニードル弁は内向きに開口し、90°〜160°の噴霧角が前記噴射燃料ジェット間に設定可能で、前記ニードル弁の往復運動は、開口方向に調節可能であることを特徴とする噴射ノズル。 - 前記噴射ノズルのニードル弁の往復運動は、前記噴射ノズル内において、前記ニードル弁と前記ニードル弁座との間の有効流断面が、前記噴射口全ての合計の有効流断面の約0.4〜1.5倍となるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記ニードル弁の往復運動は、二重ばね固定手段によって設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記噴射ノズルの前記ニードル弁の往復運動は、前記計時先行噴射中に変動することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記噴射燃料の前記圧力は、前記計時先行噴射中に引き上げられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記先行噴射中のサイクル所要時間が変動し、前記先行噴射の燃料の前記部分量が異なることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記先行噴射の前記サイクル所要時間が変動し、それによって後で噴射された燃料の部分量がそれ以前の燃料の部分量より多くなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記先行噴射の燃料の最終部分量は、前記先行噴射において先行して発生した燃料の最大部分量に比べて減量されていることを特徴とする請求項6あるいは7に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記噴射ノズルの前記ニードル弁の往復運動は、前記燃焼室における前記燃料の霧化が増大した結果、前記噴射ノズルの前記噴射口において不安定なキャビテーション流が生成されるように変動することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記噴射ノズルの前記ニードル弁の往復運動は、前記噴射ノズル内において、前記ニードル弁とニードル弁座との間の有効流断面が、前記噴射口全ての合計の有効流断面の約0.4〜1.5倍となるように変動することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 燃料ジェットの燃料雲は、噴射サイクル中に生成され、前記燃焼室内で形成される渦巻き運動によって前記先行噴射中に相殺される、あるいは横向きに位置を換えられ、後続の噴射サイクル中、新規噴射燃料ジェットは前記先行する噴射サイクルの前記燃料雲には浸透しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記先行噴射は、上死点位置前約150〜30°KWの圧縮行程範囲において、2〜7回発生する計時と共に行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記主噴射の一部が後噴射として行われ、前記上死点位置の前10°KWから前記上死点位置の後40°KWの範囲の前記上死点位置周辺で、前記主噴射と、前記後噴射とが連続して行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
