Claims (3)
- 直接噴射による火花点火内燃機関の燃焼室に、点火可能な燃料/空気混合気を形成するための方法であって、
燃焼空気が入口ダクトを介して燃焼室に送られ、
燃料が、前記燃焼室に配置され圧電駆動される燃料噴射器によって前記燃焼室内に噴射され、該燃料噴射器は外側に開く噴射ノズルとして具体化され、燃料を中空円錐状に噴射し、前記噴射された中空円錐の縁部にトロイダル渦が形成され、
前記トロイダル渦の点火可能な燃料/空気混合気渦と接触する位置に配置された点火プラグによって点火され、
前記燃料噴射が複数の部分量で行われる方法において、
第1及び第2の部分量が吸気行程で噴射され、また第3の部分量が圧縮行程で噴射されるように、前記燃料噴射が前記内燃機関の均質燃焼モードで構成され、
前記第1の部分量の噴射が上死点の前の300°CA〜200°CAの吸気行程で開始され、
前記第1の部分量の噴射終了と前記第2の部分量の噴射開始との間の期間が、10°CA〜100°CAであり、
前記第3の部分量が燃料量全体の約5%〜50%であるように、前記第3の部分量の噴射期間が負荷の関数として変更され、
形成される前記燃料/空気混合気の点火が、前記第3の部分量の噴射終了後に0°CA〜100°CAの距離で行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2の部分量が負荷の関数として変更され、またある状況下で前記燃料噴射量全体の1%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 直接噴射による火花点火内燃機関の燃焼室に、点火可能な燃料/空気混合気を形成するための方法であって、
燃焼空気が入口ダクトを介して燃焼室に送られ、
燃料が、前記燃焼室に配置され圧電駆動される燃料噴射器によって前記燃焼室内に噴射され、該燃料噴射器は外側に開く噴射ノズルとして具体化され、燃料を中空円錐状に噴射し、前記噴射された中空円錐の縁部にトロイダル渦が形成され、
前記トロイダル渦の点火可能な燃料/空気混合気渦と接触する位置に配置された点火プラグによって点火され、
前記燃料噴射が複数の部分量で行われる方法において、
前記内燃機関の成層燃焼モードで、第1、第2及び第3の部分量が前記内燃機関の圧縮行程で前記燃焼室に噴射されるように、前記燃料噴射が構成され、
形成される前記燃料/空気混合気の点火が、前記第2の部分量の噴射と前記第3の部分量の噴射との間で行われ、
前記第2の部分量の噴射が、形成される前記燃料/空気混合気の点火前の15°CAと、形成される前記燃料/空気混合気の点火後の4°CAとの間の範囲に位置するクランク角で終了されることを特徴とする方法。
